About
This Space

This quiet and sunny 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment in the heart of the Marais district is the perfect vacation rental for an insider Parisian experience. Large and newly renovated, this apartment successfully combines modern amenities, and contemporary luxury with old world charm and beauty. Located in a 17th century “hôtel particulier,” this Paris flat has 3.5 meter (11.5 foot) ceilings, old wooden beams, large French windows, a stone fireplace (sorry, decorative only) and parquet floors.

After entering the cobblestone courtyard of the 300 year old stone building, this triplex apartment is up two flights of stone stairs. The first level of your Parisian vacation rental has a bright entryway, large living room connected to the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom (large enclosed tub with wall mounted shower), and a half bath and laundry room. The second level, accessed by an interior spiral staircase, has a second bedroom with a double bed, a small third bedroom with a single bed, and second bath with toilet and stand up shower. From the second bedroom, there is a ladder that goes up to a mansard mezzanine space with a single bed and lovely rooftop views.

Located in the heart of the Marais, the apartment is a short walk from many attractions including: Beaubourg/Pompidou Museum of Modern Art, Picasso Museum, Seine river, Place des Vosges, Musée Carnavalet, Jewish Museum, famous Montorgueil market, the Rambuteau food and produce market, and all of the trendy boutiques, art galleries, bistros, and restaurants of the Marais. The location of the rental is perfect for easy walking to all of central Paris: Ile St Louis, St. Germain des Prés, the Latin quarter, Notre Dame, Ile de La Cité...

“Le Marais” is one of the most popular areas of Paris: central, trendy, funky, intellectual and arty. This great neighborhood makes the perfect base for a Paris holiday or business experience for any type of person. For the business and corporate traveler the apartment is a direct metro ride to La Defense (the business district of Paris) from metro Hôtel de Ville.

Everything in the apartment has been thoughtfully chosen and arranged with care in order to ensure your comfort. Soak in the luxurious tub, wrap yourself in a thick white towel and relax after a day of sightseeing in Paris. The apartment has been equipped with high speed wireless Internet, a desktop computer, cable TV, a stereo system, DVD player, cozy chairs, and all of the comforts you will need to feel at home in Paris. The original Asian art and furniture gathered from the owner’s travels around the world give this Paris vacation apartment a unique and welcoming feel. About
The Area

Covering Paris’ central 3rd and 4th arrondissements, the Marais is the oldest neighborhood in the city, where medieval roads and architecture now contain designer boutiques, intimate museums, hip cafés, and hidden gardens. Just down the street from the Hôtel de Ville city hall, the Pompidou museum exhibits a wonderful range of modern art on four, expansive floors. In the center of the Marais, thanks to its historic Jewish heritage, you’ll find take-away and sit-down falafel restaurants and delis aplenty, including the world-famous L’As du Falafel, the newer Miznon, and ever-popular Sacha Finkelsztajn deli. Pick up a sweet treat from Pierre Hermé, Café Pouchkine, or L’Éclair de Génie and enjoy it in the calm sunshine of Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, or escape the crowds at the hidden Rosiers-Joseph Migneret garden. History buffs will appreciate the Musée Carnavalet, a history museum dedicated to the city of Paris, as well as the fascinating Musée des Archives, both troves of rare documents and artifacts. The recently renovated Picasso museum and the hunting museum, Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, are fantastic options as well. Head towards metro St-Paul to rummage through the most unique antique and vintage shops in the area. Much of the Marais’ popular and varied nightlife scene caters to Paris’ gay population, but there is undoubtedly something to please everyone. The North Marais, toward Place de la République, is where you’ll find the delicious marché des Enfants Rouge and nearby cultural event center, Carreau du Temple, surrounded by a number of Paris’ trendiest cafés and clandestine cocktail bars.

Reviews

Gillian June, 2015 Philadelphia/PA/USA

Our experience with HIP was excellent from beginning to end. The booking process was easy; the payment process was easy and communications with HIP personnel were prompt, clear and concise. I always felt that I was dealing with a professional organization and this was as true for the staff, "on the ground" as for those with whom I communicated via email. My greeter, Maria, could not have been more welcoming or more helpful. One of the members of our party had a dental disaster two days into our vacation and Maria not only recommended a dentist called but made the appointment. This was not something we requested - she just did it because she knew my wife was in pain and needed immediate dental care. She clearly cares about the guests who stay at her HIP apartments and she is an excellent representative of your company. The apartment itself was exactly as represented in the photographs and we were very pleased with it. It was beautifully furnished and had every amenity, appliance and implement we could possibly need. Furthermore, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable! We were also impressed by the fact that HIP contacted us more than two months in advance of our trip to let us know that there was construction work occurring on the face of the building which would, as a result, be covered by scaffolding. HIP also explained that construction workers would be working on the building's facade between about 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. each weekday. Notwithstanding the fact that we assured HIP that we did not expect this to be a problem since we plannned to be out and about enjoying Paris during those hours, we were offered a 30% refund on the cost of the apartment. What a classy move! That act alone guarantees that we will be HIP lifers.

Our greeter, Maria, was incredible, always on time and very helpful. She was able to answer all of our needs - I can't think of anything she could have improved on. The flat was very clean, surpassed our expectations.

Lorraine October, 2014 Galway, Ireland

Marais Triplex is a great property, we were very pleased with it. Comfortable and central to everything. Perfect for family of 5 with teenagers, great to have spaces the kids could go and hide. Maria is a gem, a lovely lovely lady, really helpful and personable. Check in and check out were tailored around us and she checked in with us during the week. I was confident she would help us if anything came up. The property was spotless. Fantastic to have washing aids and condiments at our disposal. I live in the countryside so I found the street noise high at night time but that is city living and is more about me than the location which is a side street! Thank you very much, it was a pleasure booking the property with you.

Fiona Kahn September, 2014 New York NY

The apartment is gorgeous! We had a wonderful trip, in part because we had such a lovely place to come home to. The apartment was in an ideal location for us, as we love the Marais. Two Metro stations are nearby, several museums are a few streets away, including Beaubourg. Rue Rambuteau is very convenient for food shopping (Pain au Sucre was our favorite boulangerie). It's also a short walk to the Marche des Enfants Rouge. (We highly recommend the Japanese restaurant in the market, and the food at Cafe Charlot, on the corner, is very good.) Haven in Paris is top notch, and Maria, who greeted us, was lovely. Our daughter refers to it as "our apartment in Paris," and we look forward to staying there again soon!

Beth Myers January, 2014 Brookline, MA

The Marais Triplex apartment was a wonderful home during our three weeks in Paris. The Marais is a lively and energetic part of the city -- around the corner are great restaurants, inviting butchers, patisseries, cheese shops and wine stores. And there's a Monoprix down the street for grocery shopping. The Bastille market is an easy walk on Thursday and Saturday for special treats like regional honey, fresh fruits and vegetables, and flowers. Best of all -- you can walk from the apartment to all the museums and sights if you put on your walking shoes. But if you need to catch a cab, they are readily available. The apartment itself is charming with floor to ceiling window and comfortable furnishings and plenty of room. Our stay was divided into three parts -- I was there the whole time with adult children the first week, girlfriends the second, and my husband joining me for the third week. The master bedroom and bath offer plenty of space and privacy, and despite the fact that the window faces the street, it's double glass keeps out the noise. The second level bedrooms are small, but have windows for light and work well to give everyone a quiet space for a retreat after a long day out. The second bathroom is a godsend. Even when we had five women in the apartment we were comfortable. I'm not sure the layout of the apartment would work as well for two couples, but for our needs it was perfect. The Haven in Paris team made every effort to ensure our happiness -- Didier is an exceptional "host" and took care of everything we asked, and the apartment was cleaned beautifully each week. Look forward to a return trip.

Tamara M. December, 2013 Canberra, AU

The property was excellent and served our purposes very well. The property is quite spacious and has plenty of character. It is also very well located and access to key Metro lines is quite easy. Didier (our greeter) was very pleasant and helpful. He did a very good job. The apartment was clean and in good condition and was well provisioned. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay in Paris and would certainly be very happy to recommend this property and the Haven in Paris service.

Wendy R. October, 2013 Pretoria, South Africa

The flat was lovely and charming. Didier was the person that greeted us. He was very well spoken and extremely detailed. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was perfectly on time when we had to depart. The information regarding the flat was very useful as well as the taxi information which we made use of. The flat was clean and tidy when we arrived and when we left we made sure that we left it in the same way. The flat was perfectly situated which was a great plus point as it was close to everything. We loved the way the windows opened and we could watch the streets of Paris from the big open kitchen window. The main bedroom had a lot of cupboard space and was very spacious. It was heart warming coming back to the flat in the evenings. The flat had everything one could need and lacked nothing that we were aware of, I could definitely recommend this apartment to anybody. I want to thank yourselves and Didier for the wonderful service and for the beautiful apartment. The apartment was a great part of our stay in Paris and we will remember it fondly.

pamela c October, 2013 b.c., canada

the property was beautiful, a wonderful place to relax after a long day of activity. the only difficulty was bringing our belongings up the stairs, but it was all worth it. the location was perfect, central to everything Didier was perfect. He made us feel at home, and was extremely helpful.

Margaret August, 2013 Moraga/CA/USA

The Marais triplex was in impeccable condition and we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for our sightseeing plans. Our host, Didier was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment, location and service.

James W. August, 2013 Frisco, Texas

Our entire family loved the Marais Triplex. It is a unique flat in a very fun and interesting area. This was our first time staying in an HiP flat. We were very pleased with the support from the HiP team. It is clear that they value a long term relationship with clients.

Maria Kaufman June, 2013 Pittsburgh/PA/USA

We greatly enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was a lovely lodging and the neighborhood was very nice, as well as convenient to the Metro and many shops and restaurants. The secondary bedrooms were rather small but that wasn't a problem for our girls. I might hesitate to choose this particular apartment again if we were returning with adult friends. But the downstairs area was very nice, good kitchen, nice master bedroom and bathroom. We had a mechanical problem with the washing machine during our stay, which was a big disappointment. Didier tried to help but in the end we only were able to try washing two small loads. Didier was very nice, and helpful. We liked him. Note from HiP: We have rectified the problem with the washer.

Annabel L. May, 2013 British Columbia, CA

We were completely happy with our stay - thank you! Didier (our greeter) was most helpful, and we found the flat to be very clean.

Kara M. May, 2013 Fort Collins, CO, USA

We enjoyed our stay in the Marais and the apartment lived up to our expectations. The apartment was located close to the museums and the metro stops. It was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed meeting Didier and found him helpful and prompt. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. I would definitely use your service the next time we are in Paris!

John P. April, 2013 Malvern, PA

Everything was great. The apartment was accurately described on the website. The place was very clean and everything worked. No complaints. Didier was very nice.

Anne September, 2012 Dallas ,TX

You were a breath of fresh air in the process of finding a place in Paris. Elegant apartments, excellent communication and a charming contact there. The recommendations have already begun! Thank you for a lovely stay. If I may add one suggestion to the website...would it be possible to add a feature whereby you can enter the travel dates to see the available apts for those times.

Patricia September, 2012 San Francisco, CA USA

The apartment was lovely and well located. It was clean and well kept with nice furnishings. The apartment booklet with info about the apartment, as well as the area (for example, where you can find the nearest gym or massage, or number to call to order a taxi if you don't speak french) was INVALUABLE! That info made things so much easier for a traveler and helped to save valuable vacation time for actually enjoying Paris instead of struggling to find your way to get practical things done. Bravo Haven in Paris!

David Lightfoot July, 2012 Melbourne, Australia

Thank you so much. We stayed at 2 Haven in Paris properties and both were fantastic. They were beautifully maintained with all the amenities one would need. Our greeters were excellent and happy to help out with advice. They were also extremely flexible with times etc. It was nice to have someone to contact of we had any issues. We have already and will continue to recommend you to friends and family and will definitely be staying in a "Haven" next time we are in Paris.

Sarah & Geoff K. July, 2012 Lexington, Mass, USA

Hi Haven in Paris Team, We enjoyed such a wonderful week in Paris and loved staying in the Marais Triplex. The location was so convenient for easily sightseeing around Paris--we could walk or take the metro to all the sights. Didier was so welcoming and friendly--and very throughly showed us all the details of the apartment. We found the apartment very clean and just as advertised on your website. Our only suggestion would be to add one supermarket to your booklet of recommended shops. We found a small Monoprix (a Monop') right down the street that was very convenient, clean, and well-stocked. Thanks again for making the process of finding an apartment for a family of five in Paris so easy and for making our week there so enjoyable. We hope to return to the Marais apartment again, but in the meantime will be recommending Haven in Paris to our friends. Note from HIP: We have added the address of the local Monoprix to the guide!

Brad and Jeanette June, 2012 canada

Just back from a week in Paris. Had an excellent time. A few comments regarding the process. Haven in Paris: This is the second time in a year we have used HIP. I will absolutely use them again and again. They are very professional and also very helpful in making sure your stay goes well. They were fast at getting back to my emails. Two for Two on great properties. The Marais Triplex: The property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of four (two kids 7 and 9). The area was safe. The property was clean. All the charms of a European apartment. I will never stay in another hotel in Paris. But book well in advance especially around peak travel times. The Marais: My new favourite place to stay. You can easily walk to Notre Dame. It is also far enough away from all the tourist trappings that you don't feel like you are part of the mob of back pack and camera crowds. Lots of great shopping, markets, cafes, and wine shops. We could have spent the entire week just exploring the Marais. Our driver David: We booked him with the help of HIP. Very nice driver who spoke enough english that he could point out some of the sights on the way from the airport. He was there on time and we used him to get back to the airport. After those long haul flights - I would highly recommend that you splurge on a private driver. It makes for a softer landing. I would certainly recommend David.

Michele Kirsch June, 2012 Los Altos Hills, CA USA

The Marais triplex was the perfect property for our family vacation because of the size, comfort and location. For two weeks this was our home and we enjoyed very much. The upper loft bedroom was especially comfortable for our little 9 year old, who likened the room to a Harry Potter experience. it's small, with one window and accessible by small ladder so only the tiniest guest should sleep there - perfect for her!The other rooms were ideal for us as well. We want to come back.

Jeff B. April, 2012 Newton, MA

We really had a wonderful time and the apartment was quite perfect for us. It would be hard for a party of 5 if the kids were older, but my son loved the little loft and my older kids were small enough to climb up and down the stairs and fit in the small beds. Didier (our greeter) was very welcoming and helpful and I loved the fresh croissants at check in. Thanks again for the apartment it was an ideal arrangement for us. Can’t wait to return!

Pamela March, 2012 Atlanta, Georgia, USA

- beautiful apartment - well equipped - impeccably clean - wonderful concierge ...just perfect

penny stanley January, 2012 Los Angeles

We love you Haven in Paris. We are repeats to the same apartment. Hope to rent the same property next year.

John and Betty S. November, 2011 Pasadena, CA USA

We were very pleased with your services. David and the other driver and Didier were wonderful. As you know, John had a problem with the cook top and Didier came back and showed him how to work it. My experience with Lily at Context and Sasha was equally good. Having not been to Paris for many years.... I had tons of questions. They were very nice about answering my many, many questions. I would recommend your services and all the previously mentioned people. In fact, my friend, is looking at a property with you currently. Whereas we were very happy with your assistance, we would not choose the Marais Triplex again. It was too rustic for us. Also, the lack of elevator was a chore for me. I counted 49 narrow steps. I could do it, but, it would have been more pleasant with a lift. We loved the towel warmer - new for us. Your little touches were appreciated.... lovely napkins, tea and coffee available, a few drinks in the refrigerator.... Also, we liked the location. I will be coming back and I would love to work with you again.

V. Jordan October, 2011 Southboro, Mass

Everything went very well, beautiful and roses were a nice touch. Really a very nice set-up and the greeters were very good. We got lost a lot learning our way around neighborhood, A great location. The notebook was very helpful. The towel heater in downstairs bathroom was awesome; we're getting one for our house. Thanks, we'll be back.

Marie September, 2011 Melbourne, Australia

What a great apartment and location. There were six of us including a 10 year old and 12 year old and we felt very comfortable during our 9 night stay. Didier made us feel very welcome when we arrived and explained very clearly how everything worked. If we had had any issues during the week (which we didn't) we would have had no hesitation in contacting Didier. And while some might find the stairs challenging what a great way to work off all that French food!

Michael & Konnie September, 2011 Melbourne, AUS

Haven in Paris was very pleasant to deal with; there was very good communication. The property was in a good location close to lots of attractions, transport, cafes and restaurants. Our overall stay was very good and we would revisit.

Cecile C. August, 2011 California

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our family of four. Didier was a great greeter and gave a thorough overview of the apartment. I can't emphasize enough that we really enjoyed the apartment and the experience of working with the Haven in Paris team and Didier. Thank you so much!

Donald Batterson August, 2011 Oak Park

The property was very nice, quite pleased with the apartment. But in the future I would probably rent closer to the core Marais district or closer to the Latin Quarter. Bit of a walk, slightly more than expected, to get to where we wanted to tourist. That said, some nice bakeries and other shopping nearby. Greeter (Didier) was friendly/good and punctual even though we arrived late. Andy Waters service was very good - extremely punctual. He arrived within seconds of when we got to the curb (to leave) and sent a text. He was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived with two drivers in case we needed more space, again on time even though we were late. So very pleased with Andy. No air conditioning was not a problem, fans were good enough, but having a fan in the main bathroom would probably be helpful as little air moved in there even with the windows open. Note from HiP: This apartment is located in the north-western part of the Marais. While it is a little farther from the Place des Vosges / Rue des Rosiers area, it is still very centrally located and close to many major sites. The Beaubourg modern art museum, the Seine River, the Ile de la Cité, the Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame are just a 10 minute (or less) walk away.

The Shockley Family August, 2011 Union City, CA, USA

We had a wonderful week in Paris and this apartment made all the difference! We loved the space, the location, and having our own "home" in this great city for a week. Thank you!

Ingrid August, 2011 Sydney, Australia

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful apartment - it is spectacular! Very much like Paris itself!

Skolrood Family July, 2011 Vancouver, BC, Canada

Great apartment in a great location! Wonderful week in Paris (even with all of the rain).

Meena S. June, 2011 San Francisco, CA, USA

Thank you for sharing your wonderful 1BR with us! Paris is a magical city that slowly uncovers its secrets as you explore its neighborhoods. And the Marais during Fete de la Musique is quite an experience! Thanks!

Sam Galbreath May, 2011 PORTLAND, OREGON, USA

Aside from the property, which was "just right" (comfortably informal, light, well furnished, ideally situated)I was impressed with the thoroughness of our hosts, both in collecting relevant info from us and providing complete and useful information on the apartment, neighborhood and services we might need. And, their check ins during our stay made us feel that any problem we might encounter would be quickly attended to and that our comfort and enjoyment of our stay was their priority. And, their on site folks were wonderful: responsive, informative and always on time.

Aesook B. May, 2011 Batavia, IL USA

We had a really wonderful time. The location was great and everything in the apartment was great. One more thing we would like to mention is how wonderful our host Didier was. He was very helpful during our stay. But he has also gone above and beyond to help us by finding and mailing a mobile phone (which our daughter left at the apartment) to us back to the United States. We want to thank Didier.

Janet B. April, 2011 Eastsound, WA, USA

The stay was great. The apartment was wonderful. I didn't actually meet our greeter Didier, my sister did. She was very impressed with him. The apartment was clean and everything was functioning. I would highly recommend your agency to friends. I have dealt with many apartment agencies throughout the world. I found Haven in Paris to be the most responsive, professional agency I have ever worked with. The apartment beautiful, and just as represented in the website photos (a rarity). I only wish Haven in Paris was Haven in the Rest of the World.

Alexis I April, 2011 New York, NY USA

We had a great time. The apartment was lovely, clean and well stocked. Didier, who greeted us, was wonderful - really friendly and charming - and he definitely made it clear that he was available to help us without being intrusive or overbearing.

Lesley-Ann C. February, 2011 A Canadian living in Vienna, Austria

Without a doubt, Haven in Paris is the best rental agency with which I have ever had the pleasure of dealing. Their courteous, professional and helpful service has guaranteed that I will be renting from HiP on our next trip to Paris. We rented the Marais Triplex property in the Marais district, and while we are no strangers to vacation rentals, this property far exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculately clean, bright and airy, and beautifully located. This was not my first trip to Paris, but it was a first trip for my three children. They loved Paris, and felt completely at home in the flat -so much so that they didn't want to leave. Thank you HiP for helping make this trip a truly memorable one for my children!

Penny S. January, 2011 Los Angeles, CA USA

We had a perfect time, thank you and your very efficient and charming team. We three sisters adore, and I do mean adore Didier. He is very charming. He was such a great help to us while there, and continues to be a great help in locating an item left behind in France. It's like having a really good friend looking after you. He gave us good advice, made sure that everything was in working order and helped us negotiate our travel plans for Paris. He's absolutely wonderful. The driver Didier set us up with came on time and delivered us promptly to our destination. He was great and even went out of his way to be sure we were walking in the right direction. Very nice man, and we really appreciated the big van for all of our luggage. The cleaning was perfect! Victoria did a superb job in getting it ready for us. Everything was sparkling clean and in place.

Ann Derose December, 2010 plantation, florida USA

Dealing with Haven was extremely simple they were very patient with me and help me greatly with my apprehensions. Then when we actually arrived at the apartment we were delighted, our greeter Didier was very helpful and very friendly.the apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience this was and how much renting the apartment added to our wonderful vacation. Thank you all for helping me, our family truly enjoyed the apartment experience.

Don B. December, 2010 Seattle, WA USA

We had a wonderful stay at the Marais Triplex. Thank you so much. The location and space was wonderful. We loved the place and are already trying to figure out how to get back there. We had not been in the Marais district much before... and it was great!

We had a wonderful time in Paris and enjoyed our stay in your cozy and warm flat. Thank you kindly.

The Hugh Family December, 2010 Sydney, Australia

This was our second visit to Paris and we really enjoyed staying in this appartment - the location in particular was so central and made it easy to get to many tourist destinations. The appartment has been lovely and warm; beautifully decorated, and with such a wonderful collection of books! We hope to return sometime in the future! Thank you!

This was our initial apartment rental for vacation and found that the experience exceeded our expectaions. Although there were a number of choices of apartments that fit our needs, we were very pleased with our choice of the Marais Triplex. A charming apartment with a wonderful location in the Marais, we felt very much in the heart of this neighborhood. Walking was a great option to many sights, and we found excellent restaurants within walking distance from the apartment.

Karen October, 2010 Denmark

A lovely apartment, very spacious, light and with good presentation everywhere. The apartment was very close to everything in Paris, a metro nearby and a large underground Parking nearby if you bring a car. The apartment felt very safe and the neighborhood was fine, if you stay away from Les Halles a nighttime and do not mind the diverse population in the area. I stayed alone with a teenage daughter and we enjoyed every minute.

We had an amazing time ~ what a magnificent city shared with great friends.

R. Patton September, 2010 Glen Ridge, NJ 07028

The Marais Triplex apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Lots of windows and lots of character. The location is fantastic, you can walk to almost everything... and tons of interesting food options within a stones throw. It can be a little loud at night if windows are open (probably because the street is very narrow with stone buildings, creating a magnifying echo), so I'd mention that as one negative. But overall we loved the place and hope to stay there again in the future. Haven in Paris and Didier and Laurence were terrific, everything was easy.

F. Lancellotti September, 2010 São Paul, Brazil

Michel Le Comte is a fantastic Place. Very cozy, well decorated and located in a fantastic neighborhood; the Marais. If you walk down a bit, going towards Place des Voges, you will find one of the most interesting areas in Paris: great food, small local shops and very beautiful local people! The apartment has comfortable bedrooms and the newly renovated bathrooms - FANTASTIC! Didier was great! He always answered our calls, came when needed...just perfect! The only thing that I would advise is not to carry a lot of luggage, as there are no lifts.

Jonathan & Nicolette R. September, 2010 Sydney, Australia

We had a lovely time in Paris. And the apartment has been an integral part of the trip - very Parisienne!

Mark & Joan July, 2010 California

Our experience with Haven went very smoothly. Our greeter, Didier, was especially attentive, professional, and congenial. We loved the apartment and hope to stay there again. The apartment is extremely charming, with beautiful floors, very tasteful furnishings, high ceilings, and magnificent, ancient rafters. The living room is a great place to unwind with friends and a glass of wine. The dining area is bright and pleasant, and the kitchen is very modern, clean, and easy to use. The spiral staircase is enchanting (but must be used with care). The laundry was very convenient. As expected, the upstairs bedrooms were very “cozy”; but we were surprised and delighted by the large size of the master bedroom and ample closet space. Having 2.5 bathrooms was welcome, and the master bathroom is particularly nice. The location, in particular, is outstanding. We know Paris well, so we selected it by design. Another reviewer found the neighborhood dirty, but that was not our feeling. This is an especially historic part of Paris, a great neighborhood for walking day or night, with celebrated buildings, nearby shopping, museums, and easy metro access. There are two grocery stores within two blocks, and fantastic bakeries and restaurants in every direction. Bazaar de l’Hotel de Ville (BHV) is also only a few blocks away if you need ANYTHING. And, although overlooked, the serene (and hidden) Jardin Anne Frank is part of the same block as the apartment. Our stay was during an extreme and unprecedented heat wave. As such, the lack of air conditioning turned out to be tough. Fortunately, we were supplied with four fans, and the cross breeze—when opening both the street and courtyard windows—was welcome. But at night the street windows need to be closed because the traffic is noisy otherwise. With the double layer windows closed, however, it is very quiet. Our lone concern was that, with kids, we might break an antique, scratch the coffee table, or stain the sofa. Also, with the courtyard windows open, we were worried (maybe paranoid) that our voices might disturb neighbors in the building. With very responsible, courteous kids this is not a problem. But do understand that it is an “adult” apartment. We had two problems during our stay. First, we found that two foyer lights did not work. We called Didier and he immediately offered to arrange for an electrician to fix it. As these lights were not essential to us we opted to decline his invitation so that we were not troubled by a visiting service person during our vacation. (Note: Didier said that the service would be scheduled after our departure.) A more serious problem involved a faulty lamp in the loft whose light bulb managed to lean against the plastic lampshade, melt the shade, and drip melted plastic onto the carpet. This was a potential fire hazard and left a small burn mark on the floor. We simply turned the lamp off and Didier came over right away. His concern for our safety was genuine (and calming), and he quickly assured us that we would not be held responsible for the damage. The home office wrote us an email the same day to express their concern as well. And since then our damage deposit has been returned to us in full. It should be noted that the lamp, not Haven, was the problem. I share this anecdote as an illustration of Haven’s competent, professional, and calming disposition when things do NOT go according to plan. This is the story of a bad lamp, but also of a reliable organization.

This apartment was quite different than one my family rented from HIP in March 2010. I liked it, in some ways I even liked it better than the more "luxuriant" one. It is charming, in very good condition and "lived" well. Someone in a previous review said the furniture needed upgrading. This has been done. I found everything, including the building, to be very clean, fresh, quiet and pleasant. We left the courtyard windows open with a fan in front and were always comfortable. There are double soundproof windows on the street side. My daughter enjoyed having the upstairs "loft" to herself. Stairs were fine for us, but they are a fact a renter needs to be aware of. I was not able to find the "sumptuous" bedding someone else mentioned. Comfortable yes, sumptuous, no. My last comment would be regarding the neighborhood. Yes, there are many shops and stocking the kitchen is easy, metro is around the corner, and you can walk to many attractions. But I found the area around the Pompidou Center to be a bit dirty and run down. That would be my only disappointment. NOTE from HiP: The area around Pompidou (short walk from the flat), is quite touristy, but normally not dirty. Paris is constantly renovating, so hopefully you will find it less run down on your next trip!

David B. April, 2010 Australia

Didier (our greeter) was really good. The apartment was in an excellent location and we enjoyed the area enormously. We were also impressed by the efforts you made to get us into the apartment at short notice. You offer a good service, and we will consider using you again.

Tara H January, 2010 California, USA

The Marais Triplex apartment was amazing!! Our trip was just magical and it had everything to do with Haven in Paris and our amazing greeter Didier! There was a problem with the heat one day (and it was snowing outside) and Didier actually went out and bought us a heater! (and then got the heat fixed). He knew everything about the chicest shopping and restaurants and made us reservations all over town. We loved him and it made the trip especially easy knowing there was some one there to look out for us if we needed anything. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved being in a residential neighborhood. I'm going to plan my trip around the same property next time! I'll be sure to call you for my next trip. Thanks again,

Dianne & Joe December, 2009 Australia

We had a fabulous time. Our greeter, Didier, was pleasant, welcoming and gave very clear instructions in a manner that easily enabled us to master any of the apartment's features. He was readily available to us although we did not need to contact him. Written information provided was excellent. There seemed to be a small problem with the electrical system which meant that on three occasions we had to override the system but again this had been explained to us very clearly so no panic ensured. The apartment was fantastic. All the comforts and charm we could imagine (and then some). With two adolescent boys we were slightly concerned that they not touch any of the antiques and if they were younger I might have been more anxious. The beds and linen were sumptuous; all the electrical products worked like a treat. The kitchen was very well appointed. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and your agency to friends, family and fellow travelers. Without exception your responses have been prompt, informative and reassuring. The accommodation set a high standard for our holiday in Paris. We had a brilliant time. When it was time to leave again Didier was gracious and efficient and effective. He particularly made a positive impression on our sons enabling them to relax into this culture and experienced.

Neil Patten November, 2009 Oman

I've been renting apartments in Europe for several years and HiP has been, far and away, the best rental co. to deal with--from the initial contact to post-trip follow up, the service and attention to detail have been outstanding. Our property, the Marais Triplex, was great and plenty roomy for 2 adults and 3 teenagers; our only suggestions would be to upgrade some of the furniture, which is getting a little long in the tooth, and add some lighting in the living area and mainbedroom.

Dale and Janet Brown October, 2009 Nowra,NSW,Australia

HIP were extremely helpful in assisting us with renting the property, providing directions and our greeter gave us such a lovely welcome with flowers and a bottle of wine! The apartment is beautifully furnished, has internet connection, free phone calls home and very spacious for our group of five adults. The Marais Triplex apartment is well situated in the Marais. We loved being close to all the little shops where we could purchase our groceries and within easy walking distance of Notre Dame, the Pompidou Centre and other major tourist sites.

Paul Slijper October, 2009 Mallorca Spain

Fantastic 6 days in the City of Lights. The Marais Triplex apartment is the perfect place for grown ups and kids. Right next to the Pompidou center. Metro only 100 yards way. Classy apartment, great neighbourhood. Safe and lots of lovely bistros and cafes. Elegant trendy shopping in Le Marais district. Haven in Paris came up trumps with this little gem.

Robert August, 2009 New Jersey

Your staff was very professional and prompt in their responses. Also, your property was clean, well kept, and centrally located for my family. Your recommendation to use Andy Waters as our driver was an added benefit as he was very professional.

Deidre July, 2009 New York, NY, USA

Upon arrival, we were met by one of your professional employees. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as expected. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Jen June, 2009 San Jose, CA

I chose the Marais Triplex apartment because of its ability to sleep 5 people comfortably, and it indeed slept 5 comfortably. The main bathroom was spacious, with two other smaller bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to cook many meals at the apartmnent. The wifi was very easy to connect through and if you don't have a computer, there is a computer in the master bedroom. There's a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to do laundry. Located in the Marais, it was in walking distance to the metro, various restaurants, grocery stores and boulangeries. Our greeter, Didier, was awesome. He was so helpful and spoke perfect English. He made himself available for our questions during our stay. Any concerns to note would include the fact that the flat is on the second floor, which requires a climb up four short flights of stairs. When inside, there is another spiral staircase up to the other bedrooms. It's a reasonable climb but if you have any issues with stairs, you might want to reconsider. My parents found the stairs more of a small nuisance than a problem. The other concern is that there is a bit of night life on the weekends. So if you're a light sleeper, you will faintly hear the happy goers of the night. We didn't have a problem because we each were either heavy sleepers, or so exhausted from our day activities that the night life really didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend this flat to families or large groups. Especially those who enjoy the artistic side of life and who would like to experience a little bit of the true Parisian lifestyle.

Dana Hursey May, 2009 Los Angeles CA US

The Folks at Haven in Paris were great! Locking in the property was fast and easy and our greeter was wonderfully helpful. The reception was great and all of the "little touches" were very much appreciated. We will definitely use them again when going back to Paris!

Laura March, 2009 Wake Forest, NC USA

The rental experience was easy and the apartment lovely. It was wonderfully located and perfectly suited for our party of 6. The only issue was the stove quit working and our greeter could not get anyone in to fix it (note from HiP the stove works fine now). She was able to fix one burner for one night but after that it was tough not having the stove with the types of food we had purchased. I do not want to sound negative at all though because we would 100% rent this same apartment again. It was more than we expected!

Amy Sassoon March, 2009 Newton/MA/USA

My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) just returned from an amazingly perfect stay in the Marais Triplex apartment. The apartment is centrally located, very clean and sunny and absolutely charming. We will never stay in a hotel in Paris again!! Our greeter, Francoise was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment and the Haven in Paris team.

Wendy January, 2009 Victoria, Australia

We had a very good stay the greeter was excellent. We have been to Paris before on several occasions so didn't need much orientation but she was on time pleasant and helpful and arranged taxi for us on departure etc. We would certainly use your apartments and recommend them to others.

Theresa Sacomani December, 2008 United States

We loved, loved, Le Marais. This was an area of Paris that we had not explored before and it was wonderful. A perfect location for walking to all the major sites, the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, and the Centre de George Pompidou is just minutes away. But we had such a great time exploring the small streets of Le Marais, where we found great restuarants, boulangeries, patisseries, cafes, and boutiques. (A good start to exploring is the information and recommendations Haven in Paris provides) This was our first time renting an apartment in Paris and we will never stay in a hotel again. I think the apartment is what made our trip so relaxing. I always wanted to know what was behind those big doors along the rues, now I know, lovely apartments. The apartment itself had an appealing decor, was very well maintained and comfortable, we were 6, 2 parents with 4 young adult children, there was plenty of space to spread out and with 2 1/2 bathrooms, getting ready to go out was no hassle. The bedrooms were small upstairs but adequate, and the spiral staircase made bringing up luggage tricky. The kitchen was great, modern, stocked with all the necessary equipment and with some great food items we picked up from the area, we made an incredible Christmas dinner. Most of all it was great to be able to make our coffee in the morning, and have breakfast in the apartment which helped economically. Even though I had some apprehension about renting an apartment over the internet, that anxiety was quickly eased by my interaction with Haven in Paris. I did like that the company was based out of Mass. so that I could pay with a US check and communication was less complicated. Sarah, Erica, everyone that I interacted with was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our greeter, Mireille, was so lovely, from the moment we arrived she was there helping to bring our luggage up, and then explained to us all the particuliars of the apartment. I felt reassured that Mireille would have been there for us if there had been a problem. But we absolutely had none. I don't want to forget to mention Andy, our taxi driver, who was recommended to us by Haven in Paris. We prearranged our airport transfers with him through his email and he too was fantastic. He was there waiting for us when we got off and on time to take up back to the airport. English, but living in Paris over 20 years, Andy is a great resource into what is going on in Paris.

Daniella & Frank November, 2008 Connecticut, USA

Our stay was lovely, the apartment was very nice. Jeanne, our greeter, was very nice. Thanks to you for your very professional communications and reminders-I would certainly recommend Haven in Paris (and the apartment) to people

Bryan James November, 2008 Vancouver, BC , Canada

Our original apartment booked was damaged by fire the night before we arrived. Our greeter Amaury having just found out upon our arrival at the property was arranging alternate accommodation. He worked hard under difficult circumstances and eventually found another excellent property for us. We had a wonderful stay and loved Paris. Excellent apartment and location. We would book again with Haven without hesitation.

Sweeney family October, 2008 Australia

We arrived after a long flight from Australia [2 parents, 2 teens and a 10 year old].Our greeter[Jessica] was waiting at the accommodation with a friendly smile, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. She explained every appliance and quirk of the property, so everything ran smoothly.Jessica went out of her way to help us relocate a backpack my son had left in the taxi...nothing was too much trouble. It was such a relief to have someone who could speak fluent French, to deal with the taxi driver, as we would have struggled.Jessica also gave us a metro map and explained where some of the sights were and which line to take.Best of all, the apartment was lovely and perfect for our family.A great area, walking distance to many sites, and full of charm. It was well equipped with everything we needed, including basic food staples, enabling us to quickly boil up some pasta for our hungry, jetlagged kids, plus it was one minute to a supermarket. After a wonderful week, Jessica also organized a large taxi to take us to the train station. It was wonderful service and we would not hesitate to book again through Haven in Paris.Wish all accommodations in the world were this well run...

donna griffith September, 2008 Jamaica Plain MA USA

Our stay in Paris was great. One of the major reasons is due to the services offered by Haven in Paris. I was reluctant to not have the security of a hotel; however, we are now happy that we did not use a hotel. The property was clean and well kept. Our greeter was helpful and easy to talk to. We did not feel alone during our stay. We would use Haven in Paris again.

Tori Horowitz August, 2008 los angeles, CA USA

We had a fabulous time in Paris , and having a lovely place to Come home to made it even better. Travelling with two small children Is not easy, but our little outpost in the Marais was a saviour. It was the Perfect respite from a busy day. We felt like locals-venturing out For baguettes in the morning, exploring the food markets, and cooking Nice dinners each night. The neighborhood is amazing. We would Stay there again in a heartbeat.

Vanessa Bell July, 2008 Orinda, CA

Haven in Paris was amazing! We had three young children traveling with us and they made everything so easy. Kyra was our greeter and when we asked about the possibility of getting a crib, she went out and bought one for us! The apartment was amazing, the service was amazing. We felt safer abroad with the HIP group to lean on! Thank you so much, Vanessa Bell

David and Geri Swenson May, 2008 Round Rock/Texas

The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the major sites of Paris. Our party of 6 was very comfortable in the apartment and it proved to be a great setting for planning the days activity and then having a relaxing drink after treking miles around Paris. The location is near many nice sidewalk cafes. shops and grocery stores and a Metro station for catching the subway or buses. Our greeter (Kyra) was most helpful, especially the day we were departing. She assisted us with information about the Metro strike that helped us get to the airport on time. She was also available when we had questions during the week and did a very nice job in helping us out. One small suggestion would be to have a copy of a Metro system map in the book of information in the apartment. Also a map of the bus routes would be nice.

K. Hollo May, 2008 Sheffield, England

The apartment was just right for our family group of five. The spacious living area was good for relaxing in the evening, and the kitchen well-equipped. Loads of storage space was a real plus as well. The location is superb -- just minutes from the Pompidou centre and numerous shops and restaurants. For those with small children, the proximity of small parks with playgrounds is a real bonus -- one just up from the Dome du Marais (one of our favorite restaurants) and the other in the lovely Anne Frank garden on the Impasse Berthaud, where you can also find our other favourite restaurant, Le Hangar, and a charming doll museum. The greeter was informative and helpful, and we felt confident that were anything to go wrong, help would be at hand. All in all an excellent experience. We would definitely rent through Haven in Paris again.

Helene Cooper April, 2008 Alexandria, VA, USA

The apartment we rented through Haven in Paris was fabulous. Wonderful service, a beautiful building, pristine sheets, towels and bathrooms, and a welcoming indoor picnic. I highly recommend Haven in Paris, and definitely plan to return.

Monique & Ivan Woodruff March, 2008 San Francisco, CA

A fantastic apartment with a warm feel and amazing location. We loved coming "home" and having dinner at the dining table with our freshly bought cheese, bread and wine. The location was central to everything and if something was not within walking distance, it was easy to find a cab or use the underground. We highly recommend Auberge Nicholas Flamel for dinner, which is about two blocks away.

Michelle Ouellette March, 2008 Santa Fe, NM USA

Renting from Haven in Paris was a great experience. The info packet about the property and neighborhood was helpful and thoughtful. The greeters were friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and really lovely. It was especially nice to find a few complimentary kitchen condiments at our disposal since we did cook quite a lot. Just to note: the pull-out sofa, which we had to use because we were a large group, was not comfortable for 2 adults. We placed the mattress on the floor, and that worked fine. And one suggestion: I think it would be preferable to use unscented or - even better - natural laundry products. My family found the scented linens unpleasant. Overall though, the attention to detail was much appreciated! Note from Haven in Paris: The sofa-bed has been replaced in 2011

Marion B February, 2008 Toronto, Canada

Everything about the rental, information, your greeter and all services were excellent, the apartment more than met our expectations. The location was fantastic. All was great. We would certainly use your services again and I have given your contact to a couple of friends

Molly Waltman January, 2008 Minnesota, USA

Our stay at the Marais Triplex apartment was really enjoyable. Our greeter, Carrie, was warm and welcoming. We were concerned that six adults might feel cramped but that was not the case. Having phone service, the internet and access to the local market with their great selection of wine, bread, and cheese made this place a super place to vacation.

Flora L January, 2008 Chicago, USA

The Marais Triplex apartment was great and Carrie was incredibly helpful.

Joan and David Bowlin November, 2007 Minnesota, USA

Beautiful apartment, plenty of space for our family of five, great location.

Fiona and Sean Joseph October, 2007 Sydney, Australia

We had a wonderful week in Paris and found the apartment to be excellent. Carrie who was there to greet us and also had the unfortunate task of coming at 5.30 am on our departure was extremely helpful not only organising a taxi for us but also in being able to give us useful information whilst we were at the apartment. We found the book of suggestions, maps and things to do, restaurants etc etc very useful and well compiled. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others and you never know... we might be lucky enough to again stay in Paris some time in the future.

Bill and family September, 2007 Sydney, Australia

We loved Paris and the location of this property and would definitely consider staying here again. We were greeted by Carrie who explained everything to us and attended to all our requests and advised us on best locations to Eat, drink and shop. She was very friendly and a credit to your operation. Unlike the cold receptions we received throughout England after we left Paris. We enjoyed our stay at Michel le Comte and found it very convenient to access rail and sights etc and a great area to be in. Thanking you for your kind assistance.

F Hoffet August, 2007 Switzerland

We just returned from a great week in Paris to which the Marais Triplex apartment made an important contribution. It was always a real pleasure to return to the place after sightseeing and shopping, particularly with the kids who enjoyed relaxing in the spacious place. The apartment is very well located and has everything one is looking for. It is extremely well equipped, particularly the kitchen and with respect to guides and literature on Paris. Michel le Comte is a place we would highly recommend and certainly return to.

Maxine Cuffe August, 2007 London, England

Thanks so much for all your help with our holiday in Paris. We really loved the apartment. Carrie, our greeter, was very nice and she was even able to come a bit early to meet my mother-in-law at the apartment when she arrived earlier than expected. The decor was beautiful. We really noticed how special everything was - the paintings, the downstairs bathroom, all the kitchen accessories. The kids loved the staircase and their little room upstairs. We would definitely recommend the apartment to our friends.

Sara Zink July, 2007 S. Hamilton, MA 01982

The greeters (Kyra and Carrie) were great. No problems with the key exchanges. Kyra was especially helpful when our airlines lost our baggage. Loved the historic apartment in the Marais. All the 21stC amenities in a beautiful 18th Century historic setting. Can't rave enough about the coordination and quality of the properties. Absolutely excellent customer service and coordination. The Marais Triplex apartment was a wonderful apartment in a great part of town. We wanted for nothing--we had laundry, computer and a central access to public transportation, and all in a beautiful, well maintained historic apartment. We would definitely rent through this service again, without any hesitation. I could not give higher praise to this service, and we definitely look forward to reserving through Havin In Paris again!

L Dorazio June, 2007 Ft. Myers, Florida, USA

My Husband and I were excited about sharing Paris with our Niece and wanted to make sure we had a "Wow" place, Centrally Located to all the sites, yet in an area where Parisian live. We took alot of time in searching as we had an ideal place in mind. The Marais Triplex apartment is what we chose and it was everything and more than we had imagined. The amenities were as if we were at home. Just a couple of blocks away, we were able to pick up whatever we needed from the Markets.....we felt just like a Parisian. Thanks so much for making our vacation so enjoyable!!!!

Philip S June, 2007 SF, CA USA

Jim and I would like to take this opportunity to say that you have a wonderful apartment in Paris. We absolutely love the central location, spacious floor plan and amenities along with its superb Parisian character. Carrie met us upon our arrival on Thursday June 14th and left beautiful flowers and an equally beautiful bottle of wine. She was incredibly informative and offered recommendations on a variety of restaurants in the area. Thank you again and we will be more than happy to recommend “Haven-in-Paris” to our many friends. Au revoir…until next time!

Fran Shaughnessy June, 2007 Woodstock, NY

We LOVED this charming apartment and the location is perfect! A short walk to the Place des Vosges and shopping the chic boutiques! The Pompidou Centre, Carnavalet, Picasso and Jewish museums are a brief walk too! Their list of restaurants in the area proved to have several great choices. The entire transaction was truly professional and our greeter was delightful! Thank you to all involved! We will use you again.

Regina R. April, 2007 Winchester, MA, USA

I had never rented before abroad and was initially concerned that it would be more hassle than it was worth. Nothing could be further from the truth with Haven in Paris. Shortly afeter my email, I received a call from Erica and immediately felt at ease. The reservation process was a breeze, and the entire rental went smoothly. We received timely email confirmations, were met promptly by our driver, and our greeter was at the apartment to show us around. She also checked in with us throughout the week although we had no problems, and she had made restaurant reservations for me before my arrival (we communicated frequently by email). It was even better(and more personal)than a hotel concierge. The apartment was as charming as the photos. It was truly old world - with the incredibly high ceilings, wood beams, and cobblestone courtyard entry. The location was very convenient to most sites and some wonderful museums (don't miss the Picasso Museum). The apartment worked particularly well for our group, since my husband and I came with two teenage boys. They were able to have the whole upstairs to themselves (so they could come in late and sleep late as well)and we had our privacy as well. The laundry and the computer also came in handy with the boys. For us, it was such a joy to have breakfast with fresh bread and fruit every morning (there are wonderful bakeries just around the corner, and wine and cheese in the early evening while we rested in our own place after hours of walking. I would recommend this apartment, particularly for families with older kids, and would absolutely rent again from Haven in Paris.

Mary C. March, 2007 Hanson, Mass. USA

On behalf of John and myself, I want to thank you so very much for a very wonderful experience at your Marais triplex...everything worked out perfectly and the apartment was so comfortable and convenient. It made returning to Paris that much more pleasurable. More importantly, you should know that Anne, our greeter, is an absolute gem (you probably do know this!) She exudes such warmth and professionalism..absolutely on top of every detail. It was reassuring to know that she was a phone call away if we needed her. A welcome relief even for us who are pretty comfortable in Paris. Please be assured that on our return trips to Paris, we will now only use Haven in Paris to meet our vacation rental needs!!

M. Maloney March, 2007 Toronto Ontario Canada

The property was great and the location was perfect. The greeter was fine, a little late with set-up and a little difficult to reach once at the apartment.

John C. March, 2007 Hanson, Mass. USA

Dear Erica and Anne: I know that Mary has already been in touch with you, but I thought it important to express my personal gratitude as well, for your exemplary service. By way of background, I've always held fast to the belief that the absolute best educational experience and self-confidence boost one can give their children is to open their eyes to the world beyond their everyday parochial view. As such, we immersed our two boys at an early age to the wonders of London, Paris, and the south of France. In doing so, I quickly grasped the inherent benefits of renting flats, apartments, and villas rather than dwelling in the cramped confines of hotels...more space, greater relaxation, and a truly "native" experience. And while this quick get-away was our first overseas jaunt sans children, we still opted for an apartment versus a hotel. To be candid, in all our years of renting vacation apartments both in the U.S. and abroad, we have never had a single unpleasant experience. But none of our past experiences even remotely compared to the level of attentiveness and responsiveness we received from Haven in Paris! From my first contact, all the way through our all too brief 5-day stay, both you and Anne were an absolute delight to work with. The apartment, Marais Triplex, was sensational, and having Anne there to greet us and acquaint us with the apartment and the Marais neighborhood after a long flight was most appreciated. The check-in call from Anne, just to see if we had any questions or concerns once we were able to acclimate to the apartment, was simply "icing on the cake", convincing us that your people and your organization are truly committed to excellence and client satisfaction. We look forward to our next visit, and will most certainly be in touch when the time comes. Thanks again for providing us with a terrific holiday and a wonderful cherished memory.

Susan March, 2007 Oregon, USA

Just a note to let you know that our stay was absolutely enjoyable! The apartment suited our needs very well. So centrally located. It is wonderful to come home each evening to such a lovely place after long days of sightseeing. Anne has been very helpful and caring. Although, nothing whatsoever went wrong for us, I rested easy knowing that I could call on her for anything. All in all, our time in Paris has been without difficulties! Thank you for helping another set of dreams become realities!

Our stay in Paris was a dream! A no worry sort of vacation. As we arrived our greeter, Anne, was welcoming and intuitive, as we left, I felt like I was saying goodbye to an old friend. Thank you for making our visit a homecoming! I hope to return soon.

This stay at the Marais Triplex apartment brought me back to the Paris of my dreams, in one of the best locations to live in, real close to the Beaubourg museum and the village-like life of the Rambuteau market street. Decoration is outstanding!
