Avenue KléberBack to Paris
Our prestigious Avenue Kléber apartment - a newly-renovated three-bedroom / two-and-a-half-bathroom and minimally furnished Paris home - is an ideal choice for couples, professionals, or families coming to Paris for an extended stay. Conveniently located in the 16th arrondissement - a neighborhood known for its posh residents, gracious avenues lined with classic Haussmanian architecture, prestigious schools, beautiful parks, monuments, and museums - all the shops, restaurants, and services you need while staying in this comfortable home-away-from-home are at your doorstep, along with easy access to several bus and metro lines.
Large French windows throughout the apartment allow beautiful natural light to shine in every room. The open-concept living/dining area has distinct, separate sections for relaxation and enjoyment, including a corner TV lounge with a comfortable sectional sofa for six, a second lounge area for reading or entertaining guests, and a dining table for eight. An open, modern kitchen is designed with everything needed to prepare wonderful home-cooked meals.
Down the long hallway are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is at the very end, with a queen bed and lots of closet space. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in rainshower, double sinks, towel warmer, and toilet. The first guest bedroom can be made up with either a king bed or two single beds, and it boasts a full-size closet. The second guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, shelving space, and a full closet. A shared full bathroom in between the guest bedrooms includes a large tub, double sinks, towel warmer, and toilet. Also in the hallway is a small laundry room with separate washing and drying units. Near the apartment entrance is an extra WC, conveniently located for visiting guests.
Located just minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, and Trocadero, this Paris flat is also just around the corner from a narrow street lined with small restaurants and commerce that leads to the well-known Place Victor Hugo: a grand roundabout of brasseries, fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and specialty food shops.

The chic neighborhood surrounding the Arc de Triomphe provides a perfect combination of activity, culture, and calm. Avenue Georges V, avenue Montaigne, and avenue Champs-Élysées form what Parisians call the Golden Triangle, the city’s hub for high-end, luxury shopping. The smaller relative to the Grand Palais exposition center, the elegant Petit Palais museum houses a wonderful impressionist art collection and an enclosed garden terrace, where you can enjoy a Michelin-starred lunch or afternoon tea. Families with children will find plenty of amusement in the area, with multiple movie theaters on the Champs-Élysées, and swings and a merry-go-round in the spacious Parc Monceau. Marvel at the grand architecture on your way to Trocadéro and its Eiffel Tower view, just twenty minutes away on foot, or hop on the metro to arrive in central Paris in minutes. Be sure to admire the impressive, symmetrical cityscape view from the top of the Arc de Triomphe at sunset.
