If you are reading this review and even considering staying at this apartment, STOP reading and go BOOK it right NOW!! We had the most incredible experience from start to finish - booking the apt with Maxine, being greeted and settled in by Ana, problems solved by Jovanka. The staff is top notch, replying quickly to any and every question we had. Only had 1 issue arise with a jammed sink stopper - which was fixed within the hour. The apartment is truly unbelievable. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could think of in every room. A/C worked perfectly for hot summer evenings, blackout blinds in every room if the bustling view of Rue de Rivoli gets boring (it rarely does!). Beds were very comfortable, dishwasher, washer/dryer all worked great. Building and neighborhood felt very safe. You have to fob into 2 doors to even get in the building. Elevator is tiny (it's Paris) but works very well. We seriously hated to leave. Could have easily stayed another week if our finances and work schedules had allowed! Amazing experience!"

The photos do not lie: this apartment is as good as it looks. It's beautiful, clean, centrally located and the view—stunning. And I cannot rave enough about the entire customer service experience. Coco was amazing from my very first, timely, informative, professional and welcoming email. I will be renting from Haven In again-hopefully this very same apartment-and I highly, highly suggest you use the Car Service recommended by Coco, if you fly into CDG. Pay the extra for the full service, it is an extremely confusing and crowded airport that we navigated out and back in again in less than 25 minutes, incredible."

Bonjour Haven In I want to share with you my wonderful experience at the apartment of Place des Vosges. I loved it, J’adore .!!! The apartment is very confortable, elegant, tres chic, propre, very beautiful indeed. Equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home, you even got me the French press for coffee. It is a safe and nice building. The windows of the appartement have a unique, an wonderful view to Place des Vosges. It’s enchanting and magical. The Rue du Pas de la Mule becomes Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, a central street in Le Marais with plenty of boutiques, shops, restaurants, cafes, almost everything you’re looking for. Great food around, believe me. I was in the center with everything I needed for a memorable vacation. And if you know French and like, enjoy French culture, of course much better because the communication with people is very nice and tres sympa. Tres beau sejour et une experience merveilleuse. This is the 3rd apartment I have rented thru Haven In and they never disappoint. From the moment you are met by your greeter, the process is seamless. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful and go above and beyond. This apartment had a great location and was perfect for our group of 5 friends. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a single. Minimal hanging space for clothes but plenty of shelving, wardrobe, etc. Front bedroom faces street but if you use the blackout shutters, it's quiet and dark. The kitchen has all the essentials and we loved sitting around the table with our wine and cheese. Lovely living room. Safe building and around corner from the Metro. I would highly suggest this apartment and would definitely rent again myself."

SPECTACULAR ! Views in a luxurious setting Our family had an absolutely magnificent and unforgettable stay at the beautiful Eiffel Garden Vista apartment. Every moment sitting in that beautiful living room felt special - we had to keep pinching ourselves! The view was unbeatable and never failed to thrill us- we felt so fortunate every moment we spent in that glorious apartment - to be in that space. In addition to the view, the design of the living room is absolutely stunning, and so comfortable as well. The master bedroom and bath were so comfortable and beautiful. The perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The extra bedroom was comfortable, and the "office" space made for a totally adequate bedroom for another couple - it was helpful that the two couples were sisters - the rooms are quite close and it worked really well for our family. Kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. A lovely space. We appreciated the plateware, special drinking glasses for a celebratory meal with wine and champagne glasses - even the silverware felt lovely to use. So many high quality, well-curated details which made an already lovely stay even nicer. We will never forget our stay in that spectacular space - the view of a lifetime, with every amenity we could wish for. I was sad to leave - and will hold close the memory of being there with our family - it was everything we could have dreamed of, but even better, THANK YOU!"

We stayed in Paris with Haven In for the 2024 Summer Olympics. Our apartment was great! It was very charming and stylish. It was very spacious. It had everything we needed. For example, being able to do some laundry mid-trip was great. The location was incredible. Everything was just steps away from our front door (subway station, restaurants, cafes, grocery markets, bakeries, art galleries, Notre Dame cathedral, etc.) The check-in experience was very welcoming. We loved it!"

We rented a three bedroom in vavin area and for myself husband , son and granddaughter we had just the best time. We over looked the La Copola restaurant that we ate at twice because it was so fantastic and the neon lights on the building were so Paris. We at Italian, Asian and French and everything was so good.. Once we learned the Metro we could go any where in Paris from three different Metro stations. This company that was suggested by Rick Steves was so wonderful on every level. We even booked transportation to and from the airport, completely on time and also a tour out to Versailles. We hope to use this company again in the future! Sang Ae helped us so much in every way!"

We loved our stay at charming Hotel de Ville apartment. We could walk to great restaurants as well as Notre-Dame Cathedral and nearby Metro stations. There are wonderful bakeries and fruit markets nearby. Everything is at your fingertips here. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and it had everything we needed. The layout is great for a couple or three people at the most. We would definitely come back to this lovely place."

We loved the Victor Hugo Designer apartment!!! It is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable for the handicapped. The neighborhood is beautiful, just an 8-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and 10 from the Triumph Arch. There is a great patisserie in Victor Hugo Place named “A la Petite Marquise” that has exceptional bread and good coffee. We also enjoyed drinks at the Maison Sauvage which is just on the corner. The greatest thing about this apartment was the service we got from the company. They went out of their way to make our visit memorable, and they helped us in every way we needed. We are so thankful. They paid attention to detail and they even left us a natural flower arrangement and a bottle of wine. We stayed there for a week and were thrilled. I really recommend this apartment."

My daughter and I stayed at the Bonaparte Retreat in St Germain des Pres. The place was in a quiet street but a stone's throw from all the wonderful cafes and amenities of Paris. The apartment itself was totally renovated with modern appliances and furnishings so it was very comfortable. However, for Americans like us, be ready for no-AC in the summer months, as is typical of Paris and most of Europe. The remedy, besides ceilings fans and floor fans that the apartment was equipped with, is to open the windows. That provided a lot of relief, but without screens, mosquitoes came thru. Bring bug spray, etc. (or request portable ACs.) Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Highly recommend it!"

My two teenage kids and I just visited Paris and staying in this 2 floor apartment for 9 days. It is a great location near the 6, 8 and 10 metro lines which get you wherever you want in the city. There is a fabulous street market every week that is super local and fun and 2 blocks away there is a street that makes any foodie happy with an amazing cheese, wine, epicure, fish, veggie and award winning pastiserie! The loft/apartment is funky, with lots of interesting art, a million books and a very eclectic feel. But, all appliances are modern (except for the stove that is gas that you have to light - but works great). It was so nice to have three bathrooms and 2 are very modern and updates and of course we love having nice washer and dryers. The whole place was very well stocked with everything from garbage bags, to umbrellas, lots of plug adapters etc. Cheers!"

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was located in a fantastic part of the city. Everything was within walking distance and the Metro was very close. The set up of the apartment was great. It is a more modern interior but the showers were hot and with great pressure. The welcome greeter was a very nice touch. She walked us through the apartment and showed us where everything was located and how it all worked. I will definitely be using Haven In on my next trip to Paris."

Our family of six spent the Christmas holidays in this wonderful apartment. The space was lovely - exactly as pictured, with a very well-equipped kitchen which would have been perfect had we wanted to cook. Having two and a half baths for six people was also extremely convenient, and the large living room/dining area gave us plenty of space to gather and unwind. Communication was seamless, both prior to and during our stay, and our host was helpful and accommodating, arranging for us to drop our bags in the apartment prior to the time it was ready for check-in. Transportation to and from the airport was prompt, gracious and went off without a hitch. The neighborhood itself is busy and vibrant, with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife for the younger members of our crowd. It is an easy walk to the Seine and all the attractions nearby. We have visited Paris many times before, but have always stayed on the Left Bank. We all agreed that we would happily return to the Marais for future visits, and would gladly stay in this lovely apartment again!"

Lovely apartment, so well-planned and organized with a well-equipped kitchen that you can actually cook in after your trips to the market. And managed by such a responsive team. It is in a great area but you do have to be prepared to swim through the crowds when you walk out the front door. You do hear some street buzz even with the windows closed (but the bedroom is at the back and is completely quiet). But you are in the heart of a lively area with everything you need just steps away - wine, bread, groceries, more restaurants that you can count and of course chocolate! And though I didn't expect it the greeting team helped me lugged my rather heavy suitcase both at check-in and check-out which was a huge help given the steep and narrow staircase to the 3rd floor apartment! I will come back again given the opportunity!"

The apartment is located in a perfect spot for us, the heart of the left-bank gallery district, a few blocks away from the Museee d'Orsay and the Louvre. The street itself is quiet but just a few minutes from several lively areas with shops and restaurants and super-easy access to several metros. It is an extremely spacious apartment for a 2-bedroom, and very well laid-out. Both bathrooms have been renovated and are fully modern and beautiful. The appliances in the kitchen and the washer/dryer are all new and work quite well. It was a perfect fit for us and we'd happily rent it again for any future Paris stay. Important to mention: we've rented many apartments through Haven In & Paris for Rent, and have found the team exceptional, from rental agents who honestly describe the exact condition of each apartment so you can pick and choose what is right for you, to the staff that greets you on the ground, who are warm and professional and a true pleasure to deal with."

We spent three lovely months in this apartment! Views were stunning, the apartment was spacious and light and airy. WiFI and AC were excellent. Transportation was very easy from there. Felt very neighborhood-y and less overrun with tourists than some other locations, while still having everything pretty accessible from there. Shops on Victor Hugo were a very relaxing experience, as was the market on Rue Poncelet. The folks at Haven In/Paris for Rent were very accommodating, pushing my reservation from 2020 to 2021 until it finally happened in 2022. Laurence was also very lovely and very helpful on the French side while we were there. The only drawback was the noise level. Apparently the area around the Arc de Triomphe is full of night clubs. There are at least three within earshot of the apartment. Aside from the street noise from the cars and the honking and sirens, which as a New Yorker I can tolerate, the music from the clubs goes on until the wee hours, especially on a Saturday, when they can be out there until 5 or 6 AM the next morning. On the whole, I would stay there again, and it was an amazing experience."

*Gem* accurately describes the apartment! Approx 90 sq meters, with large kitchen and living room plus washer-dryer. Excellent location including outstanding French and ethnic restaurants literally a few meters from the apt. There is also a terrific oyster bar on Rue Dauphine, Bar a Huitres. The #4 Metro/Odeon stop connects with all of Paris and Rue Dauphine dead ends into Pont Neuf and a 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Also, the Sorbonne and Latin Quarter is only 10 minutes walk from the apt along Blvd Saint Germain. The Paris for Rent/Haven In team are first class and available for tour and museum and restaurant recommendations. They recommended Carylis, a private car chauffeur service which was excellent for airport pick up and drop off. Five Stars!"

Great getaway! Stayed here with my two daughters (18 and 24) and we had a great time! Steps from Luxemberg Gardens and the B metro line. Several bus lines as well. Our multi-generational family of six, grandparents, child and spouse and two teenage grandchildren stayed in this exceptional apartment for nine days. It is beautifully appointed, modern, clean, QUIET, has three toilets (rare in Paris), air conditioning (rare in Paris), an open living area space with a fabulous kitchen. This was my husband and my 11th trip to Paris and this was the best place we have ever stayed. We walked almost everywhere. The location is unbeatable. It is on the top floor of the building and has tremendous ambient light and views of the sky and rooftops. It is safe and secure. We would stay here again in a minute. Paige, the agency's rental coordinator, excelled in customer service. She was responsive, helpful, competent and went the extra mile. She arranged airport car transfers and made everything easy. The only thing we'd recommend is that a safe be provided in the apartment for passports, valuables and small electronics."

Our family of four loved staying at Rivoli Garden! The location is fantastic- we walked almost everywhere and if you’re traveling with children, there’s a lovely playground nearby. It’s also very close to a Metro stop and shopping including a grocery market- Monoprix which is so convenient for stocking your apartment with provisions. We loved all the windows- great light!- and the entire staff including our greeter once we arrived was easy to communicate with and very helpful! We had a small issue with the toilet leaking upon our arrival and it was fixed within hours. I couldn’t recommend Rivoli Garden more!"
