The Rivoli Pont-Neuf apartment was even nicer than the photos. The master bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice, hot water and pressure excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with paper towels, dish detergent. There were only 5 forks, so could use a few more. It was very handy to have a washing machine and dryer. Our greeter did an excellent job of going over everything in the apartment and for anything we forgot, the folder with apartment information was very comprehensive. The location is perfect, with the Chatelet metro stop just 2 blocks away and Les Halles 5 minutes in the other direction. Nice bakeries within 2 blocks. Excellent communication both before and during the rental. We had an issue with a toilet that was taken care of within an hour and no further trouble. I would not hesitate to rent from this company again!"

We very much enjoyed our week at KGP. It was obscenely hot in Paris and we so appreciate the air conditioning and cool garden with blooming jasmine. The seclusion in the midst of the city was extraordinary. The spaces were comfortable, the bedding high quality, and everything was in working order, so rare in Europe rentals. This apartment was truly incredible; we loved every minute we spent there. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, inviting, and genuinely like a home away from home. Everyone slept comfortably, and the cozy, lived-in feel made it easy to settle in right away. The space had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, and we found ourselves using it every day. Having a separate washer and dryer was an absolute game changer, especially during a longer stay. And the elevator? A huge bonus, particularly after long days (and bigger shopping days!). Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from plenty of paper products to hand soap in every bathroom. The apartment was also impeccably clean; you could walk around in white socks without a second thought. It was bright, airy, and filled with natural light, and we loved opening the windows on nice days to let in a perfect cross breeze. What really stood out was how comfortable we felt. We even stayed in a couple of other places during our trip and each time we found ourselves saying how much we couldn’t wait to get back to our Paris apartment. We can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and when we return to Paris, there’s no question - we’ll be booking this apartment again."

All in all this was a very good rental for my wife and I for a (too short) two week stay. Great neighborhood, central location, easily walkable, good access to public transportation (Bus, Metro, & RER). The Paris staff was extraordinarily helpful with everything regarding our stay. The place was very clean and well maintained. Location couldn’t be more convenient - many good restaurants, grocery stores, boulangerie, etc, nearby. Very little street noise with windows closed. Beautiful view of Notre Dame. It was stocked with coffee, butter, jam, milk, etc. which was perfect so that we did not have to run to the grocery store on our very first day. The apartment was deluxe with high end appliances, very nice furniture and a comfortable bed. We walked to many of the museums although there is a Metro station and taxis are available at Place Maubert just a block away. Because it's an old building the layout is a bit quirky. We didn't use the boudoir area at all and the toilet was across the hall from the bedroom and very tiny. The support and information provided after we booked was excellent. We used their recommended car service which was also excellent. Our contact responded immediately via text to our questions. Our one source of stress was understanding the temperature controller. We had to use google translate to understand the French instructions on how to correct the high-end temperature controller."

We had a fantastic time in your beautiful, comfortable apartment. Coco was so good to us. She arranged for us to get picked up and taken back to the airport. Valerie the housekeeper was so helpful and delightful. The view is extraordinary, the Eiffel Tower became a part of our lives as we watched it glow in the early morning hours in the first light of the day to the sparkling on the hour magic every night. Our month at Rivoli Garden was a dream come true. The location of this apartment is wonderful and the service we received was amazing. It is on a very lively street with many restaurants within a two-minute walk. The metro station is very close, as are several bus stops, so it was very easy for us to get around. That said, its central location also means you can easily walk to many of the top sights in Paris. The apartment is charming and spacious, and the second bedroom worked perfectly for our 11-year-old granddaughter, who loved having her own space. The building itself is slightly shabby and some of the apartment’s furniture is a bit rickety, but for me this added to its character. The large main room has many windows with a beautiful view of Saint-Eustache and a lively overview of the interesting activity on the street below. This room alone will be one of my fondest memories of Paris. Note that, because the street is so active, it can sometimes be quite noisy at night. We had an excellent experience with everyone at Haven In. From the sales person to the greeter to the handyman to the drivers they arranged for us, all were professional, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and comfortable stay. When there was a problem with the elevator, they moved us to an alternative apartment for a few days until it was fixed. They responded promptly to all of our questions and provided a great deal of helpful information. I highly recommend this company as well as the Rivoli Garden apartment."

What a wonderful apartment. We were able to rent it last minute thanks to the warm and quick customer service from Coco. The apartment had everything we needed and has been so thoughtfully remodeled with lots of storage in all the places you need it. Clean, well-equipped, we were able to cook in a couple of nights. We loved the location in the 6th near great restaurants and shopping. We easily walked from there to the Latin quarter to Ile St-Louis and even to the Tuileries and L'Orangerie. The welcome gift of wine and flowers was such a nice touch. We will make Haven In Paris our go-to first call for all our future trips. Can't thank them enough."

My wife and I spent the entire month of October in this lovely garden apartment in the Marais, and it was a joy to have so much space in such a desirable neighborhood. The apartment is arranged on two levels. The bedrooms are upstairs, which gives the sleeping areas a nice sense of privacy, and the living spaces are on the garden level, opening to a beautiful shared courtyard. The primary bedroom faces the building's interior courtyard and has an unusually generous amount of closet space, a true luxury in Paris. The bathrooms are not en-suite, but they are entirely workable. You step out into the second-floor hallway, and the main bathroom is just to the right. It has a double vanity, a shower, good water pressure, a rainshower head with a hand sprayer, and a heated towel rack, which we loved. There was instant hot water everywhere in the apartment. The only thing I would improve is the lighting in that bathroom. My wife preferred to use the second bathroom because the light there was better for makeup. Also on the second floor is a separate toilet room across from the main bathroom. A second bathroom off the hall has a tub/shower combination and a stackable washer and dryer. For a month-long stay, that laundry setup is essential. The second bedroom is clearly furnished for a child, complete with nostalgic children’s books. Our adult daughter stayed with us for a week, and it felt like we were transported back twenty years, which was very sweet. That room also has plenty of closet space, which we happily used to store our luggage. The third room has a pull-out sofa bed. There is no desk, although it could easily serve as a small office. We had a guest stay there for four nights, and they said the bed was comfortable. Both of these rooms overlook the rear courtyard, which is a classic Parisian scene of greenery and architectural details. I actually wish the primary bedroom had that view. The garden level has a kitchen that is appropriately equipped for anyone who plans to cook. We were in Paris, so we did what one does in Paris and ate out, but it was nice to know we could have prepared every meal at home. The living room was comfortable. The drop-leaf table was initially placed in the kitchen, which made it a bit tight for more than two people. Once we moved it closer to the courtyard, it became a very pleasant breakfast spot. Near the entry, there is a small half bath. It works, although a little extra space (or hook) for a hand towel would have been welcome. We loved having coffee in the courtyard on the warmer mornings. By mid-October, the weather turned on us, and the building’s radiators did not come on until the middle of the month, so the first couple of weeks were a bit chilly. The owner provided small electric space heaters, which we moved around, and that made it comfortable enough until the building's radiator system kicked on mid-October. The real magic of this apartment is the location. You are in the heart of the Marais, surrounded by boutiques, galleries, cafes, and museums. The Picasso Museum is only a few doors away. I often found excuses to walk to Place des Vosges for a hot chocolate at Carette. People-watching in Paris is entertaining anywhere, but it is outstanding in the Marais. We come to Paris every October, and this was our first time renting an apartment instead of staying in a hotel. Having real living space, laundry, a kitchen, and a quiet courtyard in such a prime location felt like a massive upgrade. It was Paris at a human scale. We could step out the door and be in one of the most charming neighborhoods in the city, then return to a peaceful home that actually lets us unpack and live. We would be very happy to stay here again."

If you are reading this review and even considering staying at this apartment, STOP reading and go BOOK it right NOW!! We had the most incredible experience from start to finish - booking the apt with Maxine, being greeted and settled in by Ana, problems solved by Jovanka. The staff is top notch, replying quickly to any and every question we had. Only had 1 issue arise with a jammed sink stopper - which was fixed within the hour. The apartment is truly unbelievable. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished with everything you could think of in every room. A/C worked perfectly for hot summer evenings, blackout blinds in every room if the bustling view of Rue de Rivoli gets boring (it rarely does!). Beds were very comfortable, dishwasher, washer/dryer all worked great. Building and neighborhood felt very safe. You have to fob into 2 doors to even get in the building. Elevator is tiny (it's Paris) but works very well. We seriously hated to leave. Could have easily stayed another week if our finances and work schedules had allowed! Amazing experience!"

The apartment is very confortable, elegant, tres chic, propre, very beautiful indeed. Equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home, you even got me the French press for coffee. It is a safe and nice building. The windows of the appartement have a unique, an wonderful view to Place des Vosges. It’s enchanting and magical. The Rue du Pas de la Mule becomes Rue des Francs-Bourgeois, a central street in Le Marais with plenty of boutiques, shops, restaurants, cafes, almost everything you’re looking for. Great food around, believe me. I was in the center with everything I needed for a memorable vacation. And if you know French and like, enjoy French culture, of course much better because the communication with people is very nice and tres sympa. Tres beau sejour et une experience merveilleuse. This is the 3rd apartment I have rented thru Haven In and they never disappoint. From the moment you are met by your greeter, the process is seamless. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful and go above and beyond. This apartment had a great location and was perfect for our group of 5 friends. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a single. Minimal hanging space for clothes but plenty of shelving, wardrobe, etc. Front bedroom faces street but if you use the blackout shutters, it's quiet and dark. The kitchen has all the essentials and we loved sitting around the table with our wine and cheese. Lovely living room. Safe building and around corner from the Metro. I would highly suggest this apartment and would definitely rent again myself."

SPECTACULAR ! Views in a luxurious setting Our family had an absolutely magnificent and unforgettable stay at the beautiful Eiffel Garden Vista apartment. Every moment sitting in that beautiful living room felt special - we had to keep pinching ourselves! The view was unbeatable and never failed to thrill us- we felt so fortunate every moment we spent in that glorious apartment - to be in that space. In addition to the view, the design of the living room is absolutely stunning, and so comfortable as well. The master bedroom and bath were so comfortable and beautiful. The perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The extra bedroom was comfortable, and the "office" space made for a totally adequate bedroom for another couple - it was helpful that the two couples were sisters - the rooms are quite close and it worked really well for our family. Kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. A lovely space. We appreciated the plateware, special drinking glasses for a celebratory meal with wine and champagne glasses - even the silverware felt lovely to use. So many high quality, well-curated details which made an already lovely stay even nicer. We will never forget our stay in that spectacular space - the view of a lifetime, with every amenity we could wish for. I was sad to leave - and will hold close the memory of being there with our family - it was everything we could have dreamed of, but even better, THANK YOU!"

For example, being able to do some laundry mid-trip was great. The location was incredible. Everything was just steps away from our front door (subway station, restaurants, cafes, grocery markets, bakeries, art galleries, Notre Dame cathedral, etc.) The check-in experience was very welcoming. We over looked the La Copola restaurant that we ate at twice because it was so fantastic and the neon lights on the building were so Paris. We at Italian, Asian and French and everything was so good.. Once we learned the Metro we could go any where in Paris from three different Metro stations. This company that was suggested by Rick Steves was so wonderful on every level. We even booked transportation to and from the airport, completely on time and also a tour out to Versailles. We loved the Victor Hugo Designer apartment!!! It is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable for the handicapped. The neighborhood is beautiful, just an 8-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and 10 from the Triumph Arch. There is a great patisserie in Victor Hugo Place named “A la Petite Marquise” that has exceptional bread and good coffee. We also enjoyed drinks at the Maison Sauvage which is just on the corner. The greatest thing about this apartment was the service we got from the company. They went out of their way to make our visit memorable, and they helped us in every way we needed. We are so thankful. They paid attention to detail and they even left us a natural flower arrangement and a bottle of wine. We stayed there for a week and were thrilled. I really recommend this apartment."

My daughter and I stayed at the Bonaparte Retreat in St Germain des Pres. The place was in a quiet street but a stone's throw from all the wonderful cafes and amenities of Paris. The apartment itself was totally renovated with modern appliances and furnishings so it was very comfortable. However, for Americans like us, be ready for no-AC in the summer months, as is typical of Paris and most of Europe. The remedy, besides ceilings fans and floor fans that the apartment was equipped with, is to open the windows. That provided a lot of relief, but without screens, mosquitoes came thru. Bring bug spray, etc. (or request portable ACs.) Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Highly recommend it!"

My two teenage kids and I just visited Paris and staying in this 2 floor apartment for 9 days. It is a great location near the 6, 8 and 10 metro lines which get you wherever you want in the city. There is a fabulous street market every week that is super local and fun and 2 blocks away there is a street that makes any foodie happy with an amazing cheese, wine, epicure, fish, veggie and award winning pastiserie! The loft/apartment is funky, with lots of interesting art, a million books and a very eclectic feel. But, all appliances are modern (except for the stove that is gas that you have to light - but works great). It was so nice to have three bathrooms and 2 are very modern and updates and of course we love having nice washer and dryers. The whole place was very well stocked with everything from garbage bags, to umbrellas, lots of plug adapters etc. Cheers!"

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was located in a fantastic part of the city. Everything was within walking distance and the Metro was very close. The set up of the apartment was great. It is a more modern interior but the showers were hot and with great pressure. The welcome greeter was a very nice touch. Our family of six spent the Christmas holidays in this wonderful apartment. The space was lovely - exactly as pictured, with a very well-equipped kitchen which would have been perfect had we wanted to cook. Having two and a half baths for six people was also extremely convenient, and the large living room/dining area gave us plenty of space to gather and unwind. Communication was seamless, both prior to and during our stay, and our host was helpful and accommodating, arranging for us to drop our bags in the apartment prior to the time it was ready for check-in. Transportation to and from the airport was prompt, gracious and went off without a hitch. The neighborhood itself is busy and vibrant, with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife for the younger members of our crowd. It is an easy walk to the Seine and all the attractions nearby. We have visited Paris many times before, but have always stayed on the Left Bank. We all agreed that we would happily return to the Marais for future visits, and would gladly stay in this lovely apartment again!"

Lovely apartment, so well-planned and organized with a well-equipped kitchen that you can actually cook in after your trips to the market. And managed by such a responsive team. It is in a great area but you do have to be prepared to swim through the crowds when you walk out the front door. You do hear some street buzz even with the windows closed (but the bedroom is at the back and is completely quiet). But you are in the heart of a lively area with everything you need just steps away - wine, bread, groceries, more restaurants that you can count and of course chocolate! And though I didn't expect it the greeting team helped me lugged my rather heavy suitcase both at check-in and check-out which was a huge help given the steep and narrow staircase to the 3rd floor apartment! I will come back again given the opportunity!"

The apartment is located in a perfect spot for us, the heart of the left-bank gallery district, a few blocks away from the Museee d'Orsay and the Louvre. The #4 Metro/Odeon stop connects with all of Paris and Rue Dauphine dead ends into Pont Neuf and a 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Also, the Sorbonne and Latin Quarter is only 10 minutes walk from the apt along Blvd Saint Germain. The Paris for Rent/Haven In team are first class and available for tour and museum and restaurant recommendations. They recommended Carylis, a private car chauffeur service which was excellent for airport pick up and drop off. Five Stars!"

Paige, the agency's rental coordinator, excelled in customer service. She was responsive, helpful, competent and went the extra mile. She arranged airport car transfers and made everything easy. My family and I stayed in the St. Germain Odeon apartment over the winter holiday and were very pleased with the location and accommodations. Our travel group included six people and spanned three generations (kids, parents, and grandparents) and the apartment worked well for everyone. The hostess who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, the apartment had plenty of space, was comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was outstanding. The surrounding blocks are full of amazing cafes, restaurants and shops and the apartment is centrally located in the city, very close to multiple metro stations and within easy walking distance of dozens of tourist destinations. It is located on an active and bustling neighborhood street (which we loved), but the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. And because we were there around the holidays, there were several seasonal Christmas markets and light displays nearby. The only downside from my perspective was the comfort of the pull-out couch. Because of the size of our group, we used the den as a third bedroom and while the pull-out couch was fine for a few nights, it would not work well for folks with back issues. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend the St. Germain Odeon to other travellers."

Just got back to LA after spending a wonderful week in Paris and used Haven In/Paris For Rent as my rental booking site. I came to Paris for Design Week and had a perfect stay at St Germain Vavin. First of all, the customer service exceeded all expectations. From Pat assisting to help find an apartment that suited my needs and within close proximity to where I needed to be to the wonderful customer service provided by Natalie and Thomas upon arrival in Paris. The apartment had everything one needed for a 9-day stay in Paris along with amenities that are typically hard to find in Parisian apartments such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heating, wi-fi, two sets of keys (rare!) etc. Secondly, the representatives helped schedule a car service pickup and drop-off and helped made check in and check out a complete breeze. The apartment was in a perfect location in St Germain surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, in a walkable area, close to shopping and right next to a metro station with was extremely convenient. I will only be using Haven In/Paris for Rent for all my Paris trips and really look forward to returning and using their services again. It is a service more elevated than airbnb where you know exactly what you are getting and have fantastic customer service, should you need it. What I loved about HIP was little thoughtful items were taken care of: Power Adapters, a laptop with Internet (not just Wifi), an iPhone4 docking station (that our daughter loved), hair dryers, pamphlets about Paris, a phone that we could use to call USA for free, etc. HIP was Heaven in Paris!
