Originally built in the late 19th century and fully reimagined in 2020, this exceptional 6,450 sq ft (600 m²) villa blends modern comfort with refined Asian-inspired architectural influences, creating a truly distinctive atmosphere unlike anything else on the French Riviera.

Set within a beautifully landscaped 1-acre (4,000 m²) private park dotted with pine trees, olive groves, and sculptural yuccas, the estate offers complete privacy and serenity. At its heart, a stunning infinity pool (32 x 16 ft) appears to spill directly into the Mediterranean, offering uninterrupted panoramic views.
