Step through the entrance Rue de Belfort, where you'll be greeted by the expansive terrace adorned with outdoor sofas and a dining area complete with a barbecue. Through the French doors, the bright and airy interior welcomes you into a grand living area and loft-style kitchen, seamlessly connected to the terrace for effortless indoor-outdoor living.
Venture down the corridor, where two bedrooms await on the left, each with its own shower room. The first bedroom features a cozy shower corner and a 160-sized bed, while the second offers a larger space with a bathroom and WC, along with a luxurious 180-sized bed. Floor-to-ceiling windows with blackout curtains allow natural light to flood the rooms, creating a serene ambiance.
A few steps down the corridor lead to a bedroom on the right, featuring two separate beds and three windows overlooking the exterior. Adjacent is a bathroom with a bathtub and WC.
