The pool area, shielded from view, features sun loungers and umbrellas, while a lovely partially shaded garden is situated alongside the house.

At the entrance level, there is private parking for cars, while a designated private parking spot is available on the street within the domain.

The avenues of upscale La Croix des Gardes are lined with opulent villas and wind up into forested hills. Hiking trails in the Croix des Gardes nature park have viewpoints looking over the Bay of Cannes and the Estérel Massif mountains.
