Set on the second floor of a classic Parisian building with elevator, this fancy one-bedroom flat has been entirely remodeled in the summer of 2020 and is air-conditioned. The modern, bright apartment was tastefully redesigned in a bold color palette, new comfortable furniture, gold frames and accessories, lush draperies, and rich fabrics.

Entering the flat, a hallway leads to a spacious open-floor space uniting living room, dining room and kitchen into a comfortable area to entertain or rest after a day of strolling through Paris. The deep, cozy sofa and two armchairs face a coffee table and a wall of bookshelves with a flat-screen TV.
