Situated on the second floor of a classic Parisian building with elevator, this charming studio has been entirely remodeled in the summer of 2020 and is air-conditioned. The modern, bright space was tastefully redesigned in a bold color palette, new comfortable furniture, gold frames and accessories, rich draperies, and lush fabrics.

The studio opens into a spacious open space balancing living area, dining area and kitchenette into a comfortable nest to work or rest after a day of strolling through Paris. Next to a deep armchair, a cozy sofa is abutted to the bed, facing a coffee table and a wall of bookshelves with a flat-screen TV. The dining area is composed of a table sitting up to 4 people and an adjacent modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, electric stovetop, conventional/microwave combo oven, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer.

The bed is a comfortable queen-size surrounded by two bedside tables, a small writing area, and storage. The adjoining bathroom is fitted with a spacious shower stall, a warming rack, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.

The studio offers a washing machine and a drying rack.
