The large living area has a large sectional couch, two leather armchairs, bookshelves and a large flatscreen TV. It can serve any purpose from social gatherings, solitary coffee in the mornings, board games, wine tasting, or television watching. The 55" Smart TV brings the latest OLED technology to your viewing pleasure with access to most streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) in addition to French and international channels (CNN, BBC, etc).
The open floor plan of the living room leads right to the modern kitchen, creating an easy flow between the two spaces.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook like a pro, host family meals and social events. The hardwood cabinets mixed with dark stone tiling make for a very chic experience while cooking. The marble dinner table looks out on the streets of Paris, so one can have breakfast while basking in the sunlight. The dining table sits 6 people and can be extended to accommodate a group of 8 guests.

The second bathroom has a shower and a sink. A separate guest WC is available off the hallway with a toilet and sink.
