Located just 5 km from the charming village of Maussane-les-Alpilles and close to Saint-Rémy de Provence, le Mas des Baux is a secluded gem in a magnificent valley. Surrounded by over 2 hectares of Provençal landscape, this property ensures a peaceful vacation, with hiking and walking trails starting right from the house.
Provençal Charm and Modern Comfort: The villa’s stone facade, adorned with large windows and wrought-iron trellises covered in climbing plants, epitomizes the art of living in Provence. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature olive fields, Provençal cypresses, green oaks, lavender, rosemary, and broom - along with numerous terraces for varied relaxation spaces.
The interiors are spacious too: With 170 m² of living space, the Mas is fully air-conditioned. The interior combines the charm of the old with modern comforts, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
The carefully decorated living rooms are bathed in natural light. The 40 m² living room faces south, opening onto the garden, while the 30 m² contemporary kitchen is perfect for gatherings, with large bay windows that reveal spectacular views and extend to a stone terrace overlooking the valley.
Upstairs, the villa boasts three spacious suites (25, 25, and 40 m²), each with a private bathroom and dressing room. They feature large beds (160 and 180 cm) for ultimate comfort. Additionally, there is an independent fourth bedroom with a 160 cm bed and an adjoining vaulted bathroom outside. A separate "nature cottage" 50 meters from the main house can accommodate a couple and offers a spectacular view.
Enjoy the magnificent infinity mirror pool (72 m², 16 m x 4.5 m), heated from May to October, surrounded by sun loungers and a spacious summer deck. The 6-seat spa-jacuzzi, adorned with Briare enamel and nestled within ancient stone ruins, provides an enchanting retreat. Massages are available on request.
