The living room has two large French windows and is lined with bookshelves, has a TV, and offers comfortable seating for five. The dining area is also framed by two more large French windows, and its table and chairs can comfortably accommodate up to six.
The fully-equipped modern kitchen, with brand-new appliances, offers a marble countertop with seating for casual breakfasts and drinks, and plenty of workspace. Cooking up meals with fresh market produce will be a breeze with the double sink, large refrigerator and freezer, electric stove top with hood, oven, and dishwasher. Savor a morning croissant with a freshly poured espresso from the Nespresso machine.
Down the hallway, the master bedroom with a queen bed has two bright windows, a TV, desk, and plenty of storage. A smaller second bedroom also offers storage, a window, and two twin beds that can be combined into one king bed.
The main bathroom, recently remodeled, is flooded with light from two windows. A large, clawfoot bath tub is a standout, perfectly situated beneath one of the windows. This bathroom also has a sink, towel warmer, and a toilet. The second bathroom, also recently renovated, has a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
