Our lovely Seine Bonaparte is a recent addition to the portfolio, a charming 2 bedroom/1 bath flat located in the best of St Germain-des-Prés by the river Seine and famous Brasserie Les Deux Magots.
This bright and airy 72 m2 (775 sb/ft) flat offers exposed wood beams, tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and minimalist furniture. The building entry across Galerie Bettina is thru a heavy wooden door protected by security code on rue Bonaparte, once inside you'll access the 3rd floor apartment via a staircase (no elevator).
The entrance into the apartment opens directly onto the wide, breezy, spacious living space with refurbished period hardwood floors and an impressive wall of windows opening onto rue Bonaparte.
