St Germain Luxe

The St. Germain Luxe was a lovely Paris home for our family of four. The location is excellent, we were especially happy to be so close to the Luxembourg Gardens. We like the windows open and the location is loud out front but we found with the back courtyard windows open we had fresh air and it was quite peaceful. The Haven In team were professional and easy to deal with, everything was as we had hoped for. The friendly greeter, flowers and wine are a perfect welcome to Paris. We also booked a driver through the website which made our arrival after an overnight flight seamless.

Everything about our apartment and experience with Haven In was wonderful. The pre-trip information and our "concierge" (Maria) were very helpful in advance of our arrival in Paris. The apartment exceeded our expectations - in terms of location, space, accessories, etc. We would definitely book this or other apartments with Have In again.

We were so pleased with our experience with Haven In, from start to finish. Very responsive and timely as we made our reservations. Car service from and back to the airport was great. Maria, our greeter, was welcoming and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. We were positively thrilled with its location and how beautifully outfitted it was from everything we needed in the kitchen to the comfortable beds, the high quality and plentiful bath towels, the laptop, fresh flowers, chilled bottle of wine, etc. The stairs do seem daunting upon arrival, but we quickly got used to them and they were not an issue whatsoever. The front bedroom is definitely much louder street noise wise than the back bedroom, but we put our two teenage girls in the front room and they were fine. It was worth the little bit of street noise to be in such a perfect location. We would absolutely use Haven In again, would rent St. Germain Luxe again, and have highly recommended Haven In to our friends.

This apartment is perfectly located and charming with its modern look incorporating extremely old wooden beams. The five flights of stairs up did not bother us, but you should be aware of this if mobility is a problem. It is right on top of the Ordeon Metro stop, a couple of blocks from Le Jardin du Luxumbourg and a short walk from the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay. Did not want to leave!

Just to let you know that our stay in the St.Germain apartment was just perfect...our greeter Maria Duff was absolutely gorgeous......waiting for us with flowers on our arrival and very helpful in every way.....she is really a lovely lady...couldn't speak highly enough of her.......like a real friend!! Also our driver Gerome was there for us on every occasion that he was needed and extremely obliging.....very helpful always. On reflection nothing can be improved upon.......we found everything was extremely clean, comfortable a real place away from home in Paris...loved it!! This is our second stay with you and would definitely stay again, thank you!

We loved our greeter Maria! The apartment was just as expected, clean, full of character, yet functional. The kitchen was beautifully appointed. I loved the nice white china, the endless supply of towels, comfortable couches for reclining after a long day of walking and the charming staircase leading to the apartment. Perfect location for walking to everything, from the Jardin du Luxembourg, to the Louvre, to the Rodin musée. Great restaurants and pastry shops extraordinaire steps from the apartment.

We stayed at the apartment with my two teen daughters and husband. We loved the convenient location right next to the metro stop and on the main St. Germain Boulevard. We had no issues with the stairs as we are pretty active and it helped to work off those French pastries. It was loud if you opened the front windows, but that didn't both us as we knew we were staying in a busy location. The decor was nice and everything was well maintained, clean and neat. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. The weather was unusually hot and the A/C turned itself off after a few hours at night and we had to reset. I don't think this would be an issue in other months, but we were there in August with temperatures in the 90's F. Otherwise, it was a great place for us and, while not huge, it worked nicely for our family with two rooms and two bathrooms. The company was very responsive and the booking process and check in was very easy.

HIP helped make our Paris experience truly wonderful. They are very organized and provided us with a lot of helpful information prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, our greeter, Maria, gave us an overview of our new neighborhood and showed us all we needed to know about our apartment. Every contact with Maria and with HIP was prompt, friendly and helpful - they truly took care of everything. We strongly recommend HIP to anyone looking for a fantastic Paris experience!

The apartment was everything we wanted and more! iI is very well equipped and well maintained. Superbly located at the Odeon metro station. Our greeter, Maria, was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We were traveling as a family of 4 plus our nanny (two sons ages 2 and 9) and the space was generous.

We had a very good time in St. Germain Luxe Property and were also really glad to have Maria, such a kind and beautiful women, to be our greeter last week.

We appreciated your attentiveness to our needs in regard to our greeter. Although Maria was not familiar with the apartment, she was terrific. She could not have been more pleasant or tried harder to make our stay a success. The apartment is wonderful. Of the three HIP apartments we have rented, this one was the best outfitted by far. There was really nothing we could have asked for that was not there . . . except a blender which we have come to no longer expect! We knew what we were getting into in what was really a fourth floor walk up since we had rented the floor below last year, but it really is a difficult climb. Its not just the number of stairs, but the condition, etc.

My husband and I and another couple rented Saint-Germain Luxe for a week. This is our second visit to this apartment building, having rented the Odeon apartment two years ago. The location is simply the best as you are within walking distance to absolutely everything. The linens and towels were lovely and the beds super comfy. The apartment was clean, quiet and very well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Didier met us at the apartment and gave us the guided tour of the place and was very helpful with other suggestions. This is the second time we have rented through HIP and it will not be our last. They really do run a first class company. We were met by Laurent, a HIP recommended private driver who guided us through the airport to the apartment in under an hour. You will not regret staying in any of the apartments offered by HIP and you will enjoy the entire process, not to mention the fabulous time you will have in Paris.

This is a wonderful apartment superbly located at the Odeon metro station. It is a very easy walk to desirable sites such as Cathedrale Notre Dame, Jardin du Luxembourg and Musee d'Orsay. It is also a short walk to the St Michel station which has RER service to Versailles and Charles de Gaulle. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished and nicely appointed with plenty of linens, towels and kitchen tools. We were traveling as a family of 4 (two sons ages 12 & 14) and found the space generous and the two full bathrooms extremely helpful. The apartment is immaculate and well maintained. There is a nice amount of closet space. Our greeter, Jeanne, was very professional and gave us a comprehensive overview of the apartment upon arrival. As other reviewers have mentioned, the stairs are long, uneven and not well lit, which could be an issue for potential renters. There is also some street noise in the front bedroom which could affect light sleepers. On the whole we were extremely pleased with this apartment. Very highly recommended.

Our stay at St Germain Luxe was outstanding. The apartment was everything we wanted. We were five ladies and very comfortable. The two full baths came in handy! Not to mention the provided blow driers and curling irons. We loved the location, we were able to walk to most of the attractions. We loved the neighbourhood feel and we felt like locals. We picked up groceries and prepared a few of our meals. This was a wonderful option when travelling so that we didn't have to go out every night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I especially appreciated having the kitchen stocked up with olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. It made cooking there easier and most doable. I think that the Luxe gave us a sense of a true Parisien Lifestyle and it provided a wonderful home to contribute to our lifelong friendship memories. Merci!! I will return! This was my third visit and my prior visits were in hotels. I MUCH preferred this accommodation!

Renting an apartment afforded us the luxury of "living" in Paris. We made a few trips to the market for light cooking along with patiseries from Gerard Mulot!! The entire process was one of ease and convenience!!!

We had a wonderful time in Paris and the St. Germain Luxe was just right for my family of 4. Located in the heart of St. Germain, we could easily walk to Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre! Our apartment was immaculate and comfortable. We were particularly appreciative of the air conditioning. After a long day of sightseeing and walking, my family and I were always happy to return to our luxurious home. The view from our front windows was just perfect. I am still daydreaming about it. It was everything I dreamed Paris would be and more. The stairs are definitely something to consider... 3 steep flights would leave us breathless at the top, but after a day of indulging on crepes, croissants and gelato the upwards trek may have lessened the guilt. I highly recommend this property and Haven in Paris.

Everything was superb!!! No complaints at all!!! Jeanne, our greeter, was perfect! The apartment was so comfortable! We recommended it to people in Argentina as we were really happy with our choice!

We rented two property from Haven in Paris and were very satisfied with both. They are exactly as stated in the website and the staff at Haven in Paris were very attentive (if not a bit overly zealous with the amount of email I received in the process!). The greeters at both properties were friendly and helpful. The St Germain Luxe property was just perfect for our family stay -- especially the location! The apartment itself was charming and very comfortable, tidy and tastefully decorated. There were some drawbacks -- the flights of stairs going to the apartment (although pointed out in the website) was a bit of an ordeal to face daily and moving suitcases up to the apartment was very difficult; the kitchen sink just wouldn't drain properly; and the clothes dryer did not work. Nonetheless, I would recommend this property to anybody who wishes to be in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Haven in Paris Note: This apartment is indeed up 2.5 flights of stairs, as noted on the website. Also, the dryer has since been repaired and the sink is now working fine as well!

As long as stairs are not a problem, this apartment is brilliant. It is well kept and very comfortable. It's location is first class (Lively part of paris and near the Metro). I am also delighted to recommend Haven in Paris - they are very professional and work to ensure the quality of the apartments they represent. Cheers.

The pictures on the website don't quite do this apartment justice. It is spacious with lots of light and beautifully maintained furniture and appliances. The location is superb, within walking distance to the Isle de la Cite, the Louvre and many other attractions. Odeon metro is right outside. There is also excellent shopping and good restaurants close by. We especially appreciated the wireless, Apple TV and Mac computer that were provided. Jeanne our greater was very pleasant and helpful. Our family of four had a great stay and highly recommend this apartment to others.

This is my second time renting with HIP. We tried the St Germain Odeon property this time and loved it! The owners left many useful items for us that came in handy (chargers, adapters, basic food items, guide books, clear TV instructions & DVDs, etc.). Yes, there are old stairs going to the apartment, but it just added to the experience (and they helped work off the crepes from the great crepe place around the corner). The location was superb. We easily walked to Musee d'Orsay (have a glass of champagne at the cafe at the top!), the Marais, Notre Dame, Luxemburg gardens, etc. I liked this apartment a lot. I was surprised at how very quiet it is - I had the bedroom at the back. I usually use earplugs when traveling too but I didn't need them here! Our hostess, Loredana, was friendly, informative, punctual and lovely. Thanks Loredana! Lastly, the apartment was clean and didn't have any smoke smell! This rental was a winner for me and my teenage girls.

Our family just returned from a three week vacation in France, For one week, we stayed in Paris at the St. Germain Luxe apartment. When we reflect on what was the best part of our trip, and I honestly think it was that we had such a nice home while we were in Paris. The photos of the apartment are accurate. It's really nice and comfortable, and the location cannot be beat for feeling a part of the scene. Yes, it can get noisy because you are on a busy street, but I found the noise ambient. The apartment is several floor up, so you can close the windows if you want quiet. The beds were very comfortable, too. We hated to leave and plan to return some day. The comments of others about the stairs should be noted. If stairs are difficult, do not stay at St. Germain Luxe.

This apartment was exactly as portrayed on the HIP website. It has everything you will need for a terrific stay. The apartment is very lovely and centrally located to the finest shopping, restaurants and museums. HIP did a fabulous job in communication from beginning to end. A truly wonderfully run company.

My husband and I, along with our two boys (ages 2 & 5) spent an unforgettable week at the St. Germain Luxe apartment. We absolutely loved this apartment-the view of St. Germain Blvd, the location, the decor,the luxurious beds and linens (really top-notch!), beautifully maintained appliances and furniture, the Mac desktop/Wifi computer, two flatscreen TVs, the AC!, the lovely pink roses and red wine upon our arrival (Our greeter Jeanne was lovely!) The list goes on and on. The only slight hesitation we had when deciding on renting this space, was the question of the street noise below. Being on a busy boulevard, yes, we could hear the traffic from St. Germain Blvd. when we weren't chatting or playing, watching TV or listening to music (while enjoying a glass of wine or two). However, the windows are double paned, so it is more an ambient sound. Believe me, I am super picky about noise, and it didn't bother me. It gave us the feel of the energy of the city. The bedroom facing the boulevard can be slightly noisy at night/early morning. If you are a light sleeper, take the back bedroom off the kitchen-absolutely quiet. We had a slight issue during our stay with the hot water to the bathtub not working properly. Haven in Paris was more than accommodating-very grateful for their professional level of service. I would not hesitate to use their services again, and would certainly return to St. Germain Luxe. If you're considering this apartment for your visit to Paris, do it! It will be one of the highlights of your trip. It certainly was for us!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the St Germain Luxe property. The location is fabulous and the apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. We very much appreciated the attention to detail in including household cleaning products, coffee, converter plugs, umbrellas (for which we had more use than we would have liked :-( ), etc. The greeters (Jeanne and Diedier) were terrific; very helpful and arrived at the appointed times, and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. We would definitely stay at this property again and hope to do so before too long.

Perfect location, above a cafe, cinema, metro. It was straight out of Midnight In Paris!!!

We had a wonderful stay in your St Germain Luxe property and were very happy with Jeanne who greeted us. She explained everything we needed to know and also kindly offered to help arrange our transportation back to the airport. We were also very happy with the service of Laurent Baudry, who we contacted via the details on your website. Although he was unable to be personally involved in our transportation he made arrangements for us and when our intended driver had car problems he did everything he could to make sure we got to the airport on time. The St Germain Luxe apartment went above and beyond our expectations. It is a lovely apartment in an amazing location. The only slight negative was the street noise that could be heard in the front bedroom. The main issue being our first evening which was a Saturday night. Other than that everything was perfect and we appreciated having the use of kitchen & laundry products. In addition we highly recommend the service that was provided by the Haven in Paris team. Thank you for helping our family have such a wonderful stay in Paris.

Our family had a wonderful time in Paris- our experience was so much better because of our decision to rent a flat for our stay, and specifically because we chose to use Haven In Paris. This was our first experience with apartment rentals for vacations- going forward if H.I.P. has properties in a city that I am visiting, I will certainly go this same route. From start to finish my H.I.P. experience was top notch- all my questions were answered promptly, the flat exceeded what I was expecting from the website, and the service was great.

Our greeter was superb. She introduced the flat to my expectations even pointing where to leave the trash which we used a few times. She pointed out the restaurants and the supermarkets in the area. I only thought , 'the greeter did not tell me that' once which means she covered all the info needed. That one time i did think that would have been how to use the radio or stereo as I love to hear music. But that info may have been in the book and I did not see it or I forgot to ask her. The apt made our Paris trip that much more enjoyable. When you have a place you LOVE to come home to after a strenuous day sightseeing, and can even take BATH! It was fantastic! The place has 3 sinks allowing all of us to get ready simultaneously which was a great time saver in the morning. We loved coming home and relaxing by watching English movies together in the apt. The viewing of a movie was wonderful as we were exhausted from the full day sightseeing. The set up of the apt is very useful. Great storage for clothes, big spacious rooms, 3 sinks, free computer and phone service to the U.S., instruction book for all appliances and information. The location everything you need and easy to access the metro right outside the door with taxi stand there too. Honestly, our stay was fantastic! I would love to stay there again and would definitely recommend it to others. The down side may be since it is on a busy road, the noise is heard when windows are open. We got used to that and even liked it as there was hassle and bustle outside which gave us the Paris vibe while we were cozy in our beautiful and warm and cozy apt.! Overall, I loved our stay in the apartment. The apartment itself definitely was one of our Parisan highlights!

Our stay was wonderful in this very lush apartment. Its location was by far the best we could have asked for. The apartment was beautiful with every amenity at our fingertips. The beds were very comfortable with beautiful linens. There were only a couple of things that you might want to address. The shower head in the big bathroom made it very difficult to take a shower. So the four of us had to use the other shower. And one other minor thing that would help and preserve your window treatments, would be a pull down shade to keep the bright lights from coming in the bedroom. Other than that it could not have been more perfect. Note from Haven in Paris: We will be looking into what is going on with the shower, and the shade in bedroom.

While I would love to keep this gem a secret, I have to share what a fantastic experience we had in our St Germaine flat. My boyfriend and I have both travelled extensively (and I've lived in Paris) and can be quite picky about accommodations. Nonetheless, we couldn't get over how lovely this flat was -- sunny, bright, charming, incredibly well equipped with top of the line linens etc., looking out over the charming activity at Metro Odeon. We fell in love with it and hope to go back again and again. And Haven itself was such an amazing service. They took care of everything in such detail and with such diligence. The attention to customers really blew us away!

October visit - one of the best times to visit Paris. We are repeat HiP clients and have used other firms also. Wonderful location near metro (Odeon); walkable to Louvre, islands, Luxembourg, Concorde, Latin Quarter. Entrance to the building is near to movie theater though...not exactly intimate. (And note the stairs...up several floors to the apartment.) Smaller second bedroom is next to street (St. Germain) and pretty loud at night. Other, larger bedroom is oriented to the back and is quiet. Excellent modern kitchen. Small dining area would be cramped for two couples. Living room is not cozily furnished...not really inviting, adequate but not inviting/relaxing. This is a fairly expensive rental and the apartment itself is only so-so overall; it's the location that is very very strong (but the entrance is, as mentioned, a little off-putting). HiP has better options...still, others have loved the apartment, so possibly our expectations are higher than they should be. Note from HIP: We appreciate this candid feedback and have made sure to note information about the movie theater on our website. Many guests have let us know that the furniture in the flat is comfortable, chic and cozy, but we know everyone has different taste and sensibilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Germain apartment in Paris. It is even better "in person". The greeter made us feel right at home immediately. The location is terrific - we could walk everywhere. It is in the heart of a busy, bustling, noisy area and our kids especially loved that! The flat was very clean and well-equipped. It is a hike up the stairs with luggage, so we used a couple of small bags rather than a big one but otherwise the stairs were not a problem. The way they are described on the web-site is accurate.

A very well-maintained luxury apartment, perfect location, shops and restaurants are within minutes of walking. HIP has the most generous and wonderful hospitality even compared to all the six-star hotels I have stayed in. They know how to run their business really well. Very impressed!

Our second stay with Haven In Paris and we were not disappointed! We were greeted by the extremely charming and most helpful Didier. The apartment was sunny,spacious, the bedding luxurious and the location second to none. The Metro stop is literally outside the front door. It is a busy location and at first I wondered if noise would be a problem. Whilst Saturday night was busy noise was not an issue as you are a few floors up and I think that there must be double glazing. Our first stay 2 years ago was in the "Four" apartment and I thought it would be hard to beat. St Germain Luxe was different in styling but just as fabulous. It's so wonderful to be able to visit the fabulous food stores nearby and then cook up a delicious meal in the apartment with all of the condiments at your disposal. My only slight disappointment was the lack of the L'Occitane toiletries that we had in plentiful supply on our last stay. We will definitely be back to Paris and will only book with Haven In Paris!

Everything about the apartment was perfect. It was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. We will never stay in a hotel in Paris again!

We found the location, interior, furnishings and just everything very comfortable, great location, all the 'little' things seen to, really couldn't fault anything. I suppose the stairclimb was a good exercise for our thighs!! Will certainly recommend to anyone that is interested.

My stay at both the St. Germain Luxe and the Odeon apartment couldn't have been better. Everything was perfect, my greeter Jeanne was great and was always available to answer any of my questions. As for the cleaning Victoria was excellent too. The flat was always thoroughly cleaned and she was flexible with the cleaning timings which suited me. Everything else in the apartment was perfect, and my stay in Paris was one of the best I've had. I surely will be coming back to one of your apartments soon.

We really loved this apartment. Great location -- fun to see the exterior as part of the opening montage in Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris! The place was clean, spacious, beautiful, and the views were great. The neighborhood is fabulous. Right above the Odéon Metro station, there was lots to see and do. The apartment was beautifully designed, very uplifting. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern, and yet the ceiling timbers and chandeliers gave a sense of the old. The beds were VERY comfortable! (The pullout sofa in the living room less so.) A bit of a walk-up to our floor, but not too much. Our contact person, Jeanne, was great -- she communicated well in advance, met us promptly, and gave us good recommendations for local shopping. We would definitely return to this apartment, or any that Haven in Paris has to offer. Note from HiP: The sofa-bed is a thin mattress. Great for kids or teenagers and less ideal for an adult for more then a couple of nights.

We LOVED this apartment!!! It was amazing. The view is incredible. It is decorated very nice and had everything we needed. Jeane our greeter was so helpful with everything. We loved it here and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of renting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We rented the St. Germain Luxe apartment while in Paris. I would highly recommend this apartment. The location was excellent, right across the street from a metro! After long days of sightseeing, we were thrilled to have a great place and area to come back to. Most nights we just walked to one of the local cafe's for dinner. We shopped several areas in Paris, but wound up back in our own neighborhood to make purchases. All within walking distance.

Apartment was beautiful ... just like the photos. It was a very comfortable and quiet space. Beds were soooo comfortable after a long day of visiting the sites in Paris. Heed the representation about the stairs ... it was a climb up to the apartment. Location was superb ... approximately 25 steps to the metro stop ... very convenient. Outstanding shopping and fabulous restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. Would rent from Haven in Paris again!

Simply Amazing :) I must say as I sit here on my last night in Paris, I am feeling a little sad at the thought of leaving such an amazing city. This apartment was everything we wanted and more and our delightful greeter made us feel at home straight away. The apartment feels like a home away from home and all the little details make it extremely special. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone travelling to Paris and I hope we will have a chance to visit again soon. Thank you for everything.

Booking was a breeze & the HiP blog is a great source of ideas and information The apartment was very well appointed with everything you could need. The kitchen was equipped to do dinner parties with high quality cooking equipment & utensils. Very comfortable and ideally located right opposite Odeon Metro in the heart of St Germain. Will definitely use HiP in future. Accommodation can make or break a vacation, HiP takes the risk out from this experience.

Bonjour! Our stay in Paris was wonderful, particularly because of the location and comfort of the St Germain Luxe apartment. The stairs were challenging at first but we soon recognized the regime they provided us allowed us to eat more of that wonderful French bread and cheese, drink more wine and basically, not feel guilty for over indulging on occasion!! :) Our greeter was Didier - he was terrific and extremely helpful - we had lots of luggage and cases of wine which we had purchased during our tour of the Loire Valley. Our arrival day was hot and we were somewhat frantic by the time we arrived. However, Didier pitched in and we were up those 64 stairs a multitude of times and soon settled in. He provided excellent directions for where to find things and how they worked and was our computer tech on call when we had a problem with Internet connections! We would appreciate you passing our compliments on to him and thanking him for all his help! We really appreciated all his suggestions and he never led us astray! The apartment was perfect for our needs - plus some - excellent reference books of the area and wonderful cook book selection! Computer availability was a bonus! The only suggestive comment we might have is that the lights in the stairway did not always work at every level and we were sometimes gingerly climbing in the dark. All in all - terrific stay - 9 out of 10 - no elevator was the only drawback!! Note from HIP: We are working with the building manager to have the lights in the stairwell working on every level. This should be fixed very soon.

We are so glad we went through HIP. The apartment was clean, tidy and the location was fabulous. So handy to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores etc. We were also a short walk to the Seine and Louvre from where you could catch waterboats and buses. The metro was just out the front as well. The only slight disadvantage was the flight of stairs especially with luggage. And it was a little effort for my parents travelling with us.* If we don't stay in this particular appartment in the future we will definitely choose HIP again and the St Germain area. *HiP Note: We do mention to future guests in our property description that this apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and that this would be a problem for anyone with trouble walking and climbing.

Saint Germain Luxe is a charming apartment in a great location. Breeze of a walk to many of our favorite areas (Ile St. Louis & Latin Quarter) and the metro just out front made the rest of Paris easily accessible. The apartment was clean, updated yet still "Parisian" and fully equipped (we cooked in one night). We had a teenager with us and the second bathroom was a MUST. Our greeter, Jeanne, was excellent--on time, helpful, accommodating, friendly. Our favorite place to eat and drink was right across the street on a pedestrian only alleyway. Le Pub and Le Relais Odeon were excellent.

Our stay in Paris & dealings with all of you could not have been more enjoyable! Merci - merci for everything. Jeanne, our greeter, was lovely & very helpful & accommodating. The decor in the flat was gorgeous (& I'm an interior decorator who appreciates beautiful surroundings). The neighborhood was so lovely & safe - a little bit noisy on the weekend & Bastille Day, but nothing too disturbing after midnight. All is all, we were extremely comfortable & very pleased. Hated to leave for a hotel & will definitely be renting again the next time we are in France or Italy. Again, we thank you for everything.

Thank you Haven in Paris for our wonderful stay in St Germain Luxe whilst in the beautiful city of Paris. We have rented apartment accommodation in Paris previously, however your property was far superior. The apartment was spacious, light and clean and contained everything that we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen, the ample supply of fluffy towels through to books and computer - everything had been thought of. In fact I would have to say that it was probably the best apartment accommodation that we have stayed in based on the amenities provided. Jeanne our greeter was also lovely. She met us promptly as agreed and efficiently arranged our airport transfer when requested. We would have no hesitation in recommending HIP and will certainly book with you next time we are traveling to Paris.

Our experience with HIP has been wonderful- the apartments are very comfortable and perfectly furnished with whatever we might reasonably need for a relaxing and fun trip to Paris. The kitchen was well equipped, the baths even had a hair straightener for our daughter and the computer and music arrangement did make our stay more relaxed because we were able to stay in touch to the extent we wanted to! Another lovely HIP experience for our family.

The apartment was in an ideal location and felt very comfortable and inviting. Jeanne, our greeter was so helpful and accomodating. We were interested in attending a symphony concert which she researched and e mailed us the particulars. All in all, fantastic!

Absolutely everything about the experience was first class--from the correspondence received from the Haven In Paris team before we left through to the quality of the apartment itself and to our greeter, Jeanne. The apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable, stylishly decorated and every possible convenience had been thought of. It felt like a wonderful combination of your own home and a 5-star hotel. The location is amazing. Very central and in close walking distance to all the best sites and shopping! Our stay at the St. Germain Luxe property far exceeded our expectations. Our Christmas vacation was perfect. We were four adults and two children and there was more than enough room for all of us. LOVED this apartment! Everything you need to live very enjoyably and be a part of Parisian life for a stint. We found the reservation process incredibly easy and were impressed with all of the information we received about the property in advance (very thorough & helpful). The apartment was very clean, well organized and well appointed. Beautiful little touches (bedding, drapes, upholstery, chandeliers) very comfortable and well stocked. The location is completely outrageous! Easy walks to wonderful places (Notre Dame, The Louvre, etc.) and the Odeon Metro stop right outside the door, wonderful neighborhood, crépe stand on the block - every thing you could want. We appreciated the Audrey Hepburn DVD collection after long days of walking and sightseeing. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed and had a wonderful time shopping for groceries. Eric Kayser Boulanger - OH MY!! We took great joy in walking up to our blue door (our home for a week). Our greeter was a delight and very helpful throughout our stay. There are some(three flights) charming stairs to get to the apartment, but with a bit of caution, we navigated them and appreciated their contribution in keeping our daily indulgence in croissants in check. We were all sad to move back into our suitcases and head home. We hope to return to "our apartment" on the Blvd. in coming years!

The St.-Germain Luxe apartment is beautiful, with great modern touches and a very Parisian feel. Lots of great, fun stuff close at hand, from restaurants around the corner to the Jardin Luxembourg a short walk. Plus, the metro is right in front as a gateway to the city. We spent two weeks in Paris in this wonderful apartment. Our greeter and check-out people (Jeanne and Didier) were friendly and very helpful giving recommendations and offering to help with anything we needed. We wanted to walk most places and it was perfectly located for that being within 15-20 minutes of most of the major sites. It is also directly next to a metro stop. There are many very good restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as pictured on the website, perfect condition. The information book in the apartment is very helpful to have. The Haven in Paris staff both in Paris and online were very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We hope to be able to make use of one of your apartments again in the next couple of years.

Our trip to Paris was simply magical! The St. Germain apartment was lovely, comfortable, secure and fully equipped. It was glorious to open windows over St. Germain Blvd and take in the incredible weather and sounds of the city. Apartment is steps away from Odeon metro stop, which was most handy. The location is also right in the heart of Paris with fantastic restaurants, markets, shops, etc close by. Greatly appreciated the Wifi and free calls to US - used both extensively. Andy Waters picked us up at the airport and was a complete ray of sunshine. Gave us some chuckles and great tips on our way into city. Victoria who assisted with apartment preparation for us was a complete doll. Didier met us for our check-out. He was thorough and a delight to chat with. All in all, your team was great and most helpful to first time visitors! We did 3 tours with Context (contexttravel.com)- super job and an appreciated referral. We also took two cooking classes with La Cuisine Paris (www.lacuisieparis.com). You should consider referrals to them - classes were also a highlight and within walking distance from apartment. Lastly, we used Fat Tire Bikes for a D-Day tour. Incredible - again a highlight. Your recommendations were fantastic and so helpful for me as a first time visitor to Paris (actually first time to leave the US). Apartment was all I expected (and I have high expectations). We highly recommend HIP to all and will definitely use again! I think that's it - job well done and services greatly appreciated

Our stay at St. Germain Luxe was marvelous- the apartment was perfectly equipped with all gadgets in fine working order, making it a perfectly liveable home base- a real "haven" for relaxation. The description of the apartment and the photos barely do it justice. The location was such that we took no metros or cabs- walked everywhere we wanted to go happily. Didier was a fantastic host- made us feel welcome and supported throughout. We would recommend this apartment and HIP highly to anyone- the best vacation rental experience we have ever had(and we have actually done quite a few).

Maine is great but I must tell you what you have in Paris is spectacular. The apartment was simply wonderful for a family of 4. First the location. Each day began with a run through the Tuilleries with a visit to the local produce guy on the way back. Everything anyone could want for dinner or comfort was on hand. We walked everywhere--one cab when it began to rain but otherwise we were able to cover every site and area we wanted on foot. I ate like whatever and lost 5 pounds! As for Didier ( our greeter), what a delight--he gave us practical advice on the area and a pound of coffee to die for. A very comfortable fit. You should be very proud of what you have done. I am in a service business and there is nothing like effusive customers and you have that with us.

What a wonderful find, this has truly been a "haven in Paris" We have felt very comfortable and very welcomed to this beautiful apartment and magical city. We enjoyed "little touches" from the bottle of wine and bouquet of flowers to the more practical things like the amazing kitchen, washing machine, and internet. Plus, thank you so much for the use of the telephone. Sharing the experience with family in Australia doubled the pleasure of it for us. We also really loved the use of the bathrobes, although my husband would have appreciated a slightly larger one! We hope to return in the not-too-distant future to this amazing city and wonderful apartment. Perfect.

We had a lovely stay in Paris at this beautiful flat. All our needs were met. It's close to everything. Each day we set out to explore and had some fun adventures. The double-decker bus is a great way to get a feel for the city. We were inspired to go back to California and redecorate our homes. Thank you for letting us stay in your cute flat.

The Saint Germain Luxe property was perfect for us (2 couples, late 50's, early 60's). The layout works really well, affording privacy and plenty of living space for all. I was very impressed by the quality of the linens, furniture, stemware, dishes, towels, etc. and the overall attention to detail of the property. I felt like I was staying in a chic Parisian's personal home, not in a rental! Loved our greeter, the travel guides, beautiful books, flowers, coffee, wine and the washer/dryer, too. So thoughtful! The location is the best, you can walk to everything! There's a really fantastic take-out place just outside the front door (yummy sandwiches, quiche and cookies), a fun bistro on the corner, as well as the lively Odeon metro stop and an ATM. I loved having the imac, too! That was a real bonus, as it enabled us to check our email, and blog about our trip. Personally, I think apartments are the only way to go, having rented quite a few over the years. Staying in an apartment provides a much broader and richer travel experience and you feel a wee bit like a local, even if it's just for 10 days! I can't wait to go back!

Our family of 5 made the best of the Iceland volcanic dust situation and traveled to Paris from London at short notice. The St Germain apartment is well appointed and maintained. The little touches and inclusions like the washing powder, glad wrap, medical kit and internet saved us a lot of time. The noise from Blvd St Germain is apparent but ear plugs fixed this problem even for our 3 teenager children. The guidebooks were great !Jeanne our greeter was very helpful and pleasant Merci beaucoup!

The apartment was beautiful. The pictures are wonderful but don't do the apartment justice. Location was awesome. We felt as if we truly had a "home" in Paris for a week. Great for a family-good space, especially in the kitchen. It was nice to have recommendations for restaurants in the apt guide. Additional recommendations for "kid friendly" restaurants would be appreciated. HIP was great to work with. Very responsive and always helpful. Andy Waters was a great referral for a driver. A truly lovely apartment! We have determined that when we visit Paris renting an apartment (this one of course) is the way to go! Being able to walk out the door and let Paris take us away was a fantastic experience. We adored all the amazing cafes, shops, markets and sights and sounds that were right outside the door. We had such a wonderful time in Paris, and much of it was due to the great apartment we rented. We stayed in the St. Germain Luxe property, which was a fully stocked, comfortable and luxurious two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, which met the needs of our family of five perfectly. We were met at the airport by Michael, one of the recommended drivers, who was very prompt and courteous. Jeanne was our greeter, who arrived at exactly the same moment we did at the apartment, carrying roses and a lovely bottle of wine for us. She explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and gave us the keys. She also gave us some recommendations about where to go in the neighborhood. We took a private food tour with Context Tours which was a highlight of our trip. Meg showed us the ins and outs of cheese shops, bakeries, chocolate shops, etc, with lots of tastings and fun information. Highly recommended! The location of the apartment is directly in front of the Odeon Metro Stop as well as a taxi stand, so transportation is easy from there. The neighborhood itself is full of wonderful restaurants, bakeries, and chocolate shops, as well as many other stores. We had a wonderful week and would recommend Haven in Paris to everyone!

We are being brutally honest here: everything was perfect. Location, apartment (my wife honestly would like to buy it!), contents, greeter, cleaning staff and you guys stateside were very, very courteous and professional. We will never stay in a hotel again when going to Paris. I encourage you to expand your product to other cities.

Thank you for sharing this lovely apartment with us. We loved the location and found we could comfortably walk everywhere, weather permitting. It was quite cold a couple of days during our stay. The New Year fireworks did not compare with that of Sydney but the atmosphere made up for the lack of fireworks dazzle. Our family was very comfortable in the apartment and found it extremely well appointed. The amount of cooking utensils, books and videos in the apartment kept everyone happy.

St. Germain Luxe exceeded my expectations. I knew enough about Paris to know it was in an excellent location, and I could tell from the website that the apartment looked nice. However what really impressed me was that the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen had every gadget we wanted, the computer worked perfectly, the hairdryers were excellent, umbrellas were supplied - you name it, it was taken care of. These little things might sound insignificant but they add up when little by little you notice that everything is right. Also, the apartment was impeccably clean and the beds were fabulously comfortable. I have already started to make plans for a return visit and this will be the apartment I rent.

HIP is one of the best rentals I have rented in years. The staff at HIP are very informative and helpful on anything you need for your vacation. I was a little worried from other rentals I had rented form other VRBO's that I was not satisfied with. Our apartment was so well equiped with everything from kitchen, bath, bedroom and of course computer, bigscreen TV, etc...HIP has check all their boxes in my opinion. Easy to meet the greeter and if we needed anything Jeanne would call back instantly. I couldn't have stayed at a better place location wise (easy to get around the city), close to markets for food, restaurants, Metro, shopping. Even our driver Andy thinks highly of HIP. He was very nice and went out of his way for our family. Thank Andy for me please.

Location – so central to so many places of interest – we walked almost everywhere Comfort : beds very good, air conditioning a life saver in the hot weather, movies at night on cable TV , well equipped. You have had compliments on this before but really you have thought of everything – so organized and easy. Great service – on line booking so straight forward, instructions for apartment perfectly detailed, links to car service, initial on site meeting very helpful for jet lagged” brains ! Cleaning staff terrific ! My husband, myself and our 8 year old son have made memories here to last a life time. My son volunteered on our last night “Mommy I will remember this all forever !!” To me that’s what its all about.

Our two week stay in Paris was greatly enhanced by the apartment St Germain Luxe. The location was superb; we took no public transit other than the river boats for the first ten days. We were able to walk everywhere. Also, the neighbourhood was full of cafes and markets and restaurants. Out greeter, Jeanne, was very good and the quality and abundance of amenities in the apartment far exceeded a usual luxury accomodation.

This was our families first visit to Paris. The apartment location, accommodations, and services provided made our trip unforgettable. The apartment was clean and spacious. We loved the amenities, especially the full kitchen, computer, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and the greeter, Jeanne. We loved the convenience of being by the metro. We used the driver, Andy, who was very dependable and enjoyable. We had never used this type of vacation service previously, but will definitely use Haven in Paris again. Merci!

The apartment was perfect! Location perfect. There was a little noise (foot steps, tv) from upstairs apartment.

We did have a wonderful time in Paris. The Haven in Paris was all and more that we expected. Our greeter was very prompt and helpful to us. We enjoyed local restaurants and even cooked two dinners in the apartment which was fun. Loved the covered market and seeing the lovely neighborhood. Our family loved our stay in the “HIP”. It is very well furnished and equipped. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we enjoyed shopping at the covered market and dining at several of the cafes in the area. One big thrill was to see President Obama’s motorcars race right by our apartment on his way back from Normandy. Another thrill was our day at Rolland Garos to see the women’s semi-final and the French Open !

We had a fantastic week in Paris, and the apartment has been a perfect base for our stay. You have thought of every possible amenity. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment and your company to friends. Thank you for the hospitality.

We loved the location -- literally could be on the metro in minutes. Loved being so close to rue de Buci and rue St. Andre des Arts. We walked to the Notre Dame one evening. We loved the apartment -- it was so pretty and decorated so nicely. It had everything we needed. We've stayed at rue Clery but while this was a bit smaller, we preferred the location (still loved Clery though -it is a different experience). Being in Paris will always be one of my favorite things. Don't know when my next trip will be --- but I hope to stay with HIP.

The location is one in a million. On top of that, it's a spacious, window filled, 400 year old beamed apartment in the heart of St. Germain. The bedding has wonderful linens that are beautifully pressed. The upholstery and curtains are done in Tricia Guild fabrics. It's a magical place to stay!

We are home now and have fond memories of our time in France. One highlight was Paris and our apartment on the Carrefour de l'Odéon. It was just perfect. Jeanne did a wonderful job of welcoming us with wine and flowers. She also arranged for a housekeeper after the first week. The appointments in the apartment are amazing. We had a local chef come in and cook with/for us--there were eight for dinner and we had everything we needed. We can't wait to return.

I and my family would like to thank our stay a lot in Paris. You were very special and you treated us with a lot of affection. They were wonderful days and the apartment was also responsible for our happiness and success. Everything was very well organized.

Brilliant service, very professional, friendly and prompt. The property was simply perfect, very stylish, clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations even though the web site does well to describe and highlight the apartment. I would add that the stairs to the apartment are quite steep so be careful not to have to many french reds! We also used the driver service to and from the airport which was excellent. Haven In Paris made our Christmas in Paris a perfect one! First, our greeter, Jeanne, gave us a warm welcome after a long plane ride. She showed us a VERY clean apartment! She also explained to us how the appliances work and nearby restaurants/sights. The "book" that she handed us had all the helpful details. The flowers and the bottle of wine added an extra splendid touch! The apartment location is great. The bedrooms are nice-sized, kitchen is well-stocked, and we had an abundant supply of sumptuous towels! Also, having internet access and unlimited calls to the U.S. is a MAJOR PLUS! The only trouble we had was we could not play our iPod so we called Jeanne in the morning and that afternoon, someone came and showed us what to do. On a scale of 1 to 10, our overall experience with Haven in Paris is a perfect 10!! We look forward to booking another trip to Paris in 2010 with HIP and I'm hoping that this apartment will be available!

Our greeter was ill but her charming son showed us the apartment, and she made sure to check in with us in person during our visit to be sure we were happy. She even called the cab company for us to confirm our ride back to the airport. I cannot say how great this apartment was, and I've become a one person ad agency for you here in Vermont already! I have every intention of working my way right through your entire list of properties - your taste is amazing, and it was better than a hotel in every way!

We shared the apartment with our daughter, son-in-law and their two girls and we all agreed it was an absolute gem. Our granddaughters summed it up in a word 'cool'. The position is central and lively, the metro is just across the road. There are many good cafes and restaurants close by and markets and food stores are within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is really charming with its exposed beams and woodwork and it is exceptionally well appointed. Nothing has been overlooked right down to umbrellas and a small shopping cart. The stairs presented an early challenge for we seniors, but we were all racing up them by the end of the stay. Would we return and would we recommend? Yes indeed we would.

The apartment on Boulevard Saint Germain more than met our expectations in terms of its central location, amenities and cleanliness. Your rental process was easy and efficient. We appreciated your suggestions of car service (which we used), neighborhood restaurants, and markets. They were extremely helpful. I am so pleased and delighted with our stay! The decision to stay in an apartment rather that a hotel in Paris was such a perfect choice. Lynn greeted us on arrival and although she had a train to catch she was more that willing to stay and answer all of our questions until we were satisfied and comfortable with everything. This two bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris was fabulous and far exceeded our expectations! We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of this vacation rental! Located in a perfect and central location in the Left Bank, it is decorated in excellent taste, along with every comfort of home. It literally was a "Haven in Paris," and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Paris. We had a wonderful stay at the St Germain Luxe property. The apartment was everything Haven in Paris said it was- and more. It was spacious, light and airy, and spotless when we arrived. We appreciated all the thoughtful details such as fresh flowers, DVDs, the computer, and ability to call the U.S. We interacted with both greeters, Lynn and Jeanne, and found them both helpful and professional. We loved the location as well- it is a busy area- but with access to great markets, shopping, and restaurants. Metro access could not be better as it is right outside the door of the apartment.

Overall we loved the apartment and it worked very well for us. Very well equipped and excellent location with nice view of St. Germain Blvd. Our two greeters were excellent and we got very prompt service when we had an electrical problem. Haven in Paris provides outstanding service and great properties - we highly recommend and will use again.

We really enjoyed our time in Paris, and the apartment was great. We felt the location was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Lynn did a good job in greeting us and orienting us to the apartment (she also was quickly responsive when we emailed or called her with a couple of questions). I also wanted to tell you that we have travelled extensively and have rather high expectations. We rented a house previously in Provence and, although it was quite nice, it was not equipped or furnished as perfectly as the St Germain apartment. We are very glad we chose the apartment over a hotel, especially for the 4 of us, and we certainly felt that the apartment rivaled any fine hotel that we would have stayed at and was quite good value for the 4 of us. Having the included phone calls and internet was also a nice touch. Thank you again. We had a truly great time and, will definitely stay with you again. My kids are now truly in love with Paris so I am sure we will be back.

Ideal location, the kids loved Starbucks and the sweets vendor on the corner. Great food shops and shopping nearby and the Luxembourg gardens are beautiful Paris as usual was wonderful, the weather was unpredictable but could not put a damper on this lovely place. Our greeter was punctual, professional and friendly. Everything was as represented on your detailed web site, and we had a most comfortable and enjoyable stay,with no surprises. Really, we were very very happy with what we received and could find nothing that we think needs improvement. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our recent one week stay (too short!) in the St. Germain Luxe apartment in Paris was amazing. Location, view, comfort, amenities were splendid. Loved the hustle and bustle down on St Germain all day and night. Ate most of our dinners in, with fresh items from the local markets and shops. The BEST! Thoroughly enjoyed H.I.P. services, utilized for the second time now (stayed in Ecoles last year, which we also really liked!). Assistance facilitating getting to and from the airport and the property, as well as all the recommendations for places to visit, eat, exercise, etc all much appreciated. Your greeters have all been wonderful...very attentive and helpful. Free calls to the U.S. are SUCH a nice perk....thank you! Flowers and wine on arrival are a very sweet touch as well. We love H.I.P. and will be back again, no doubt!!

This is the second time we have rented a property in Paris from Erica and her team. We were disappointed that the apartment we rented in 2007 was not available when we visited in 2008 but Erica recommended the St. Germain Luxe apartment and we were VERY pleased with the apartment. First class everything, clean, comfortable, and perfectly appointed and Lynn (our greeter and contact while there) was an absolute gem. We unfortunately spent the first four days in Paris without our luggage as it was lost by the airline and Lynn went way above and beyond to help us in our communication with the Airline and delivery service. It is so comforting knowing there is someone you can call for help or simply to ask a quick question of. The location of St. Germain is perfect and convenient to everything we did in Paris. We would rent it again in an instant. There were four of us and each couple had a spacious bedroom and our own bathroom. The common areas of the kitchen/dining and living room are equipped perfectly. Plenty of storage in each bedroom, I must add. Erica, your combination of product and service is commendable… I can’t imagine visiting Paris and not using Haven in Paris. We can’t wait to return soon! We trust Erica and her team completely. Thank you so much to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Germain apartment. The location is superb. It saved us huge amounts of commuting time. We barely used the Metro at all, being able to walk to almost anything we wanted to see or do. The staff who greeted us and checked us out were truly excellent. The greeter took the time to explain how to work the various appliances and to give us a quick orientation to the neighborhood. Out check-out person noticed that we were waiting down below on the sidewalk quite a long time (20 minutes) and she called Elysee cars to be sure they were coming. We were greatly impressed with that kindness---because we were getting a little worried. The apartment is gorgeous. We would love to do this again. There is just no comparison to a hotel. Thank you for the incredible gift to Healthy Kids of the stay in the apartment on Rue St Germain this past week. It was such a wonderful place and we all enjoyed it immensely. We thought the apt. was beautiful and comfortable. The booklet with directions on how to use all the appliances, where to shop, etc, was great, and everything was easy to use. The apartment was very quiet. Lynne (our greeter) was very nice. She very kindly ordered a cab to the airport for us when we left. Great Apartment and fantastic weather... Spring came early!Really central and handy for walking everywhere, very comfortable, light and airy. We had a lovely time PS Le Comptoir is a real find, fantastic and just round the corner.

Fabulous location. Excellent neighborhood. Monoprix and Champion grocery provided everything we could need. The apartment had everything in it we could need. It was great to come home at night to enjoy cooking the fresh ingredients we bought. We cooked great meals several nights and omelettes for breakfast one morning. An apartment is the only way to go for a family especially with the cost of eating out in Paris. You can't beat the location and the amenities provided were great. We were delighted to have access to a computer and TV/DVD. We watched several of the movies provided. Elysee cars was there to pick us up & take us back on time. Both Lynn and Jeanne were pleasant. The apartment was spotless. Our sons came from college with their dirty laundry and were happy to have a place to wash it! The pictures on the web matched the apartment! Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Our stay was excellent. We would be happy to rent a place through Haven in Paris again. I've already told several friends in the expat community here about your company.

We had a great time in Paris! We adored your apartment!! Lynn, our greater, was just perfect, she was very efficient. Since our family went to Paris in the Winter, it was very important coming back to a warm home to be able to prepare a great dinner. Everything was there! This was a first class experience all the way from making the reservation to the final checkout. The apartment is, in my opinion, located at one of the best spots to easily see most of central Paris. With the Odeon Metro stop literally at the front door, we could easily jump on the Metro to anywhere in the city. But best of all, most of the must-see sites such as the Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens and the Latin Quarter are all within a five or ten minute walk. Abundant shopping and eating opportunities are also just a few steps from the front door of the apartment. The apartment itself is a charming combination of old and new. The old wood structural supports dating from the days of Monsieur Haussmann have been exposed and integrated into the modernized apartment space. Modern appliances and furnishings together with the old structural details provide the apartment with a delightful combination of 19th century hominess and 21st century sleekness and efficiency. We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment and will not hesitate to ask for the same place on our next visit to Paris.

You folks have done a wonderful job with the apartment - its décor, furnishing and outfitting. It should spoil anyone. The attention to detail, especially on the latter, exceeds any place I have ever been. I am impressed with the level of workmanship on the remodel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this apartment. Lynn, (our greeter) was very professional, responsive and we appreciated her efforts all around. She made the stay stress-free. This apartment was the best equipped, most comfortable, most modern apartment I've stayed in in Paris. Light, airy and spacious as well--pluses in a big city that gets a lot of rain. I appreciated things like a grocery cart, a drying rack, hangers (lots), sharp knives, good pots, scissors, and some basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper--even olive oil and red wine vinegar. This kind of service is exceptional. The, free unlimited, International, phone service was a big plus because we were doing business in Europe and had some problems with Skype. So was the iMac. We had our own laptops for business reasons, but we used the iMac for internet research and for streaming radio. I feel like we got exceptional value for the cost of the apartment. Thanks for the DVD We know the location well, because we've stayed several times in the 6th, and of course, we loved being in the heart of Paris and close to the Jardin de Luxembourg. This is the first time, though, I've gone to the cinema in Paris--since it literally was on our doorstep! Thanks to all of you for a fine job. I hope we can enjoy the pleasure of staying with Haven in Paris again, quite soon.
