Tucked away within the prestigious and private Domaine des Graniers, just 500 meters from the iconic Place des Lices and with direct access to the secluded Graniers beach, this exceptional 550m² bastide is one of Saint-Tropez’s most discreet and historic addresses.
Originally built in 1810 and once home to legendary artists Paul Signac and Henri Matisse, this remarkable estate embodies the artistic soul of Saint-Tropez. Later owned by celebrated French humorist Thierry Le Luron, the property has been meticulously restored to preserve its authentic Provençal character while offering refined contemporary luxury.
Set within 4,050m² of landscaped Mediterranean gardens, the estate accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 bedrooms and 10 en-suite bathrooms, thoughtfully divided between the main house and a fully equipped annex.
The Main House
The principal residence offers two elegant king-size suites (180cm beds), each with en-suite bathroom featuring bathtubs and separate toilets. Living spaces are grand yet inviting, including a luminous conservatory and a sophisticated living room with fireplace. The fully equipped professional kitchen is designed for entertaining on a large scale and includes a cold room, American refrigerator, two ovens, two dishwashers, and a spacious dining area seating 18–20 guests. A wine cellar, laundry room, Wi-Fi, and full air-conditioning ensure absolute comfort.
The Annex
Eight additional en-suite bedrooms accommodate 16 guests, offering privacy and independence. Several suites include adjoining lounges and kitchenettes, ideal for families or staff. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature king, queen, or double beds with beautifully appointed bathrooms (walk-in showers or bathtubs). The annex also includes its own kitchen, living room, Wi-Fi, and a private home gym equipped with treadmill and weight bench.
Outdoor Living
Surrounded by lush greenery, the 6 x 10 meter swimming pool forms the heart of the outdoor spaces. Expansive terraces host al fresco dining for up to 16 guests across two tables, complemented by a built-in barbecue for relaxed Riviera evenings. Additional amenities include a pétanque court, parking for up to 10 vehicles, and a private offshore mooring buoy at Plage des Graniers (suitable for boats up to 12 meters).
