About
This Space
Located off Jardin des Tuileries, on a small street between rue de Rivoli and rue Saint-Honoré known as a high-end shopping district, this lovely, charming studio offers a lot of comfort in a small footprint. Recently redecorated with taste, the 28 m2 (300 sq/ft) studio offers a comfortable bed, a dining table, a couch set and coffee table, a well-appointed kitchen and modern bathroom.
Abundant light streams from its tall classic Parisian windows with magnificent views of Tuileries Gardens and, further, Orsay Museum across the river Seine.
The couch set offers a sofa for two guests and an armchair facing a coffee table and a flat screen TV. The dining table, set along the windows to enjoy the views, sits two people comfortably. The kitchen is compact and modern with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, freezer, diswasher, oven and stove top, coffee maker, toaster, etc) and a bar with stools to prep a salad for lunch or enjoy your morning tea or coffee.
The bed offers a comfortable queen size (160 cm wide) with a high-quality mattress and two bedside tables with lamps. Adjacent to it is the marble tiled bathroom with a stand-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.
On the door step of magnificent Tuileries Gardens, this studio is also a stone's throw away from the Seine river, Place de la Concorde and American embassy, Louvre Museum, Madeleine and the Opéra. A central, quintessentially Parisian location!

About
The Area
Palais Royal, located just steps from the Louvre and famed Comédie-Française, is one of Central Paris’ best-kept secrets. It contains one of the loveliest gardens in Paris, the perfect refuge from the bustle and cars of the city’s busy boulevards. Take up a chair and a good book and unwind while the fountain glitters in the sunlight. Palais Royal’s perimeter, which contains the Palais Royal Theatre, the state consulate, and a five-star hotel, is home to renowned Le Grand Véfour, while around the corner, you’ll find wonderful, more casual atmospheres at Verjus, Ellsworth, and Juveniles Wine Bar. The pedestrian market street of rue Montorgeuil and the quaint Japanese canteens and épiceries around rue St-Anne are at arm’s reach. Pass through the stunning 19th-century covered passageways, Galerie Vivienne and Galerie Colbert, both of which lead to Palais Royal. Pick up a few bottles of priceless wine and even sample a few glasses at the historic shop, Legrand Filles et Fils. Peek inside the Bibiothèque National de France to admire the immense, oval reading room. The dignified Place des Victoires with its statue of Louis XIV is just down the street. More touristic areas of Paris, such as the Louvre, Châtelet, and the banks of the Seine, are a few blocks away, but the immediate neighborhood tends to stay quieter and frequented by locals and young professionals working nearby. You’re also conveniently close to Opéra Garnier, rue de Rivoli, Place de la Concorde, and the Grands Boulevards
