About
This Space

Our Victor Hugo Chic three-bedroom Paris luxury rental is a haven of Parisian elegance situated in one of Paris’ most exclusive neighborhoods, the 16th arrondissement. Close to the chic shopping of avenue Victor Hugo, the Trocadéro and its gardens, and an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, you will find this Paris apartment to be the ideal stepping stone for enjoying the City of Light in the most stylish and authentic of ways or as the perfect home for business travelers during an extended Paris stay. The professionally decorated apartment provides a family-friendly environment that is both comfortable and luxurious in its classical Parisian decor.

The living area is sophisticated and comfortable with its pastel and jewel-toned color palette, romantic artwork, and crystal chandelier. The decor is vintage, including antique furniture, hardwood parquet floors, and elegant wainscoting, but the amenities are decidedly state of the art, offering guests the comfort of a luxury hotel. The separate dining space with decorative marble fireplace is perfect for formal dinners, and the fully-equipped kitchen is a sleek and modern space offering everything you need to create wonderful meals. Enjoy the tall windows providing abundant natural light as well as views of delightful Parisian rooftops, or step out onto your own private balcony for coffee or a glass of wine.

With bedrooms and bathrooms situated on two levels, this lovely property is ideal for groups or families looking to share space while also enjoying some privacy. All bedrooms offer air conditioning and high-quality linens. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite half bath with sink and rainshower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, which can be converted into two singles, and a similar half-bath. Both bedrooms share a separate W.C. in the main hallway. The third bedroom is found up a charming winding staircase and has a single bed as well as a floor futon, for additional sleeping space. There is a full en suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and rainshower. All bathrooms are modern and stylish with beautiful tile designs.

With its luxury features and central location, this property is a wonderful choice for enjoying a quieter neighborhood while still being within arm’s reach of the bustle of Paris. Much can be visited on foot, including the Champs Élysées, and other famous neighborhoods are only a few metro stops away. At the Victor Hugo Chic property, Paris is truly at your fingertips.

About
The Area

With the Eiffel Tower, avenue Victor Hugo, the Bois de Boulogne, and the Arc de Triomphe as neighbors, the 16th arrondissement’s quiet, residential streets epitomize Parisian elegance. In this part of Paris, you can rest at ease in the serenity of a chic, authentic neighborhood while the bustle of Paris remains at arm’s reach. The 16th arrondissement is home to the Palais de Tokyo contemporary art museum in addition to the Musée Marmottan, a lesser-known trove of Monet and other impressionist artists’ work. Parisians from all over the city are drawn to this area’s quaint, village ambiance and will cross town solely to shop at the Passy covered market, the renowned Yves-Marie Le Bourdonnec butcher, and the boutiques of two exquisite pastry masters, Pâtisserie des Rêves and Cyril Lignac. For a breath of fresh air, stroll through the idyllic Jardin du Ranelagh or the Bois de Boulogne, which, in addition to a yearly springtime children’s festival, recently added the Fondation Louis Vuitton art museum to its list of unmissable attractions.

Reviews

Monica canada

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for: a beautiful classic Parisian apartment with old bones but perfectly understated modern touches and room for my husband and I, my mother-in-law and our teenaged daughter (who thoroughly enjoyed having the upstairs nook all to herself). A fabulous location-a short walk to Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower with many cafes and a beautiful patisserie along the way. We were warmly welcomed and given perfect restaurant recommendations. Staying here made the stay for us; I would highly recommend this particular apartment and Haven In.
