Our elegant Victor Hugo Designer apartment, newly renovated with a tasteful modern touch, is an ideal rental choice for couples, professionals, or families coming to Paris for an extended stay. Set on the 4th floor of an elegant classic Paris building with views, this spacious flat covers 140 m2 (or about 1,500 sq/ft) with a bright, large volume uniting living room, dining room, and kitchen. The entrance to the apartment opens to a small foyer that leads into the roomy, light-filled living quarters including living room, dining area and kitchen.
The living room, lined with three wide double-glazed windows, is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and armchairs, comfortably seating 6 to 8 guests, facing a large flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining room table easily accommodates 6 to 8 guests. A counter separates the dining table from the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, convection stove, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Off the entrance foyer, a hallway leads to the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom.
