About
This Space
Our elegant Victor Hugo Designer apartment, newly renovated with a tasteful modern touch, is an ideal rental choice for couples, professionals, or families coming to Paris for an extended stay. It is centrally located in the 16th arrondissement - a neighborhood known for its posh tree-lined streets, gracious avenues bordered with classic Haussmanian buildings, prestigious schools, beautiful parks, grandiose monuments, and world-renown museums.
Set on the 4th floor of an elegant classic Paris building with views, this spacious flat covers 140 m2 (or about 1,500 sq/ft) with a bright, large volume uniting living room, dining room, and kitchen. The entrance to the apartment opens to a small foyer that leads into the roomy, light-filled living quarters including living room, dining area and kitchen.
The living room, lined with three wide double-glazed windows, is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and armchairs, comfortably seating 6 to 8 guests, facing a large flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining room table easily accommodates 6 to 8 guests. A counter separates the dining table from the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, convection stove, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
Off the entrance foyer, a hallway leads to the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is very large with a small balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, an armchair, tons of closet space, a small dressing corner, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bed is king-size (180 cm wide) and can be set up as 2 separate single beds. The adjoining private bathroom offers a wide shower stall, a towel warmer, a sink, and a toilet.
Next are the second and third bedrooms, sharing a bathroom equipped with a shower stall, towel warmer, and sink. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and access to a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The third bedroom comes with a set of 2 twin size beds that can be arranged as a single king-sized bed if required.
You will find at your doorstep all the shops, restaurants, and services you'll need while staying in this comfortable home-away-from-home are at your doorstep, along with easy access to several bus and metro lines.
The 16th arrondissement is home to the Palais de Tokyo contemporary art museum in addition to the Musée Marmottan, a lesser-known trove of Monet and other impressionnist artists’ work. Parisians from all over the city are drawn to this area’s quaint, village ambiance and will cross town solely to shop at the Passy covered market, the renowned Yves-Marie Le Bourdonnec butcher, and the boutiques of two exquisite pastry masters, Pâtisserie des Rêves and Cyril Lignac. For a breath of fresh air, stroll through the idyllic Jardin du Ranelagh or the Bois de Boulogne, with the Bagatelle Gardens and remarkable Fondation Louis Vuitton art museum.

About
The Area
The chic neighborhood surrounding the Arc de Triomphe provides a perfect combination of activity, culture, and calm. Avenue Georges V, avenue Montaigne, and avenue Champs-Élysées form what Parisians call the Golden Triangle, the city’s hub for high-end, luxury shopping. The smaller relative to the Grand Palais exposition center, the elegant Petit Palais museum houses a wonderful impressionist art collection and an enclosed garden terrace, where you can enjoy a Michelin-starred lunch or afternoon tea. Families with children will find plenty of amusement in the area, with multiple movie theaters on the Champs-Élysées, and swings and a merry-go-round in the spacious Parc Monceau. Marvel at the grand architecture on your way to Trocadéro and its Eiffel Tower view, just twenty minutes away on foot, or hop on the metro to arrive in central Paris in minutes. Be sure to admire the impressive, symmetrical cityscape view from the top of the Arc de Triomphe at sunset.
