On the first floor, a master bedroom with dressing room, private shower room, and independent toilet opens onto a terrace with panoramic views.
The lower ground floor, with direct access to the terrace and pool, accommodates a gym, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilet. At the rear of the house, accessed through a corridor, is a large laundry room.
At the front of the house, a large wooden terrace has been created with a centrally positioned infinity pool, bordered by Mediterranean vegetation and complemented by a small pool house equipped with a kitchenette and toilet.
