From initial contact in the US with Emeline to airport pickup, meeting our greeter and the support from Jovanka and the Paris staff, everything was perfect! Any minor issues were handled promptly with full professionalism and warmth. I would highly recommend Haven In and would gladly use their services again!

We have rented thru Haven In several times. St Germain des Arts was exactly as pictured, if not better! The new sound proof windows were an added bonus. We loved the location! Everything (restaurants, shops, churches) was just outside our door, many on the same street. We would most definitely rent this one again!

I have rented different apartments in Paris for over a decade and this is my new favorite place. Wonderful apartment, surprisingly quiet even though it is located in the middle of everything. Wonderful location. Communication with both the us and Paris team was easy and responsive.

This apartment is an absolute dream. It is close to most everything you would want to see in Paris. The apartment is very large and well appointed. It is well-decorated with new appliances and bedding. We absolutely loved it and will stay here next time in Paris.
