This modern and comfortable house sits behind a gate on a quiet street in Levallois, a tony suburb of Paris, a few minutes by car or subway from central Paris. Set tall across 5 floors, the detached house offers sleeping for up to 6 guests with a gym, a piano room, a laundry room, and 2 rooftop patios.
After entering from a small private front yard, the ground floor offers a large living room, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet with a sink.
One floor down leads to a basement with a piano, a TV, a sofa, a gym, and a laundry room.
A flight of stairs up from the ground floor leads to a set of bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide) while the second bedroom offers a single bed on a mezzanine and another single bed below it. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
On the second floor sits the master bedroom with a comfortable queen+ size bed (170 x 200cm) and its dedicated bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a sink, and a toilet.
One more flight of stairs leads to the top floor with a summer kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave oven next to a dining patio seating 8 to 10 guests. Another larger patio offers a couch set to enjoy morning tea or coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the Paris skyline in the distance. The second patio has a Weber gas barbecue.
With its active but quiet location, this villa is the perfect way to enjoy the Olympics while keeping a distance from the energy of the games!

The Area
Levallois-Perret is a charming town in the Île-de-France region next to Paris. It lies on the right bank of the Seine river, some 6 km (3.7 mi) north-west from the centre of Paris. It is the most densely populated town in Europe and, together with neighboring Neuilly-sur-Seine, one of the most expensive suburbs of Paris.
